This is one of those projects that just came together at the right time.

Brad, the owner of this beautiful S650, originally reached out about ordering a set of 20” RC1s. He had an S650 on order and wanted to recreate a rendering we had done as our take on Ford’s Fox Body-inspired S650 FX package.

Around the same time, Steve Turner, @editorturner from @fordmusclemagazine, reached out about doing an article on the RC1 wheels which now featured Brads S650 - link in bio. The timing couldn’t have worked out better.

What started as two separate conversations turned into a great collaboration between Brad, Steve, and MFW. It’s always cool when an idea that started as a rendering makes its way into the real world, and even better when the right people come together to make it happen.

Really happy with how this one came together.

Still pretty damn cool looking back at a packed lot full of Mustangs, incredible builds, awesome vendors, and so many familiar faces from all over the country.

Events like this take a ton of work behind the scenes, but mornings like this make every bit of it worth it. Seeing people reconnect with old friends, meet new ones, check out some seriously cool cars and products, and just enjoy the @fordmustang community is exactly what Coffee & Camshafts was built around.

Huge thank you again to Mustang Week, MAZ Muscle, all of our partners and vendors, our volunteers, and everyone who spent their Thursday morning with us.

I hinted that Operation: “Like-New” Trailer will be getting another dose of love pretty soon. Here’s what me and @mrsmithvo will be working with… @caliberproducts #protech flooring. This is DIY installable flooring that is really gonna put another classy, cool touch on the project. I also hollered at Joe Sears at HitchCo about giving their slick new #airsafe trailer hitch a try. We’ll see how that works out. For now? Just stay tuned to my socials for updates. "Day Zero." In the last few years, in my world, that has been the official name for the first NON-official day of a big event. As these things go, today is Day 1 of the @myprishow in Indianapolis. It's my 25th year attending PRI. I will not miss this event, nor will I ever miss kicking things off with an annual first PRI dinner with my man @editorturner . Connecting with Bigg Steve is super important for me. He's the guy who gave me a shot at having a career in this industry (as a full-time staff employee) back in April of 2005. @kumasindy has become "our spot" for meeting every year. It's a great place for us to have our usual catch-up conversation, the burgers (and Mac n' Cheese) are fantastic, and they serve up Jack from a tap. Yesterday was another great PRI Day 0.
