Why choose a condo over a house? 🏡 For me, it comes down to three things: location, lifestyle, and value. A condo can offer a better location, more space and updated finishes for your budget, and less maintenance to worry about. Sometimes, the smartest move isn’t a house. It’s the home that fits your lifestyle. #KaminskyRealEstateGroup #SouthBayRealEstate #CondoLiving #RealEstateTips

PROXIMITY IS POWER!!! 🚀✨ And if there’s one thing eXpCon 2026 reminded me of, it’s that who you surround yourself with matters!!! What an incredible week of inspiration, learning, laughter, celebrations & most importantly, CONNECTIONS!!! I’m so incredibly grateful for the opportunities this amazing company has given me over the years. Opportunities I never could have imagined when I first started this journey. But one thing I’ve learned is that growth happens when you put yourself in the right rooms, surround yourself with people who challenge & inspire you & genuinely support one another. So many unforgettable moments... ✨ Kicked things off with another incredible @fastforwardmovementexp mastermind. So grateful to have served on the FFM Board these past couple of years & to be surrounded by such amazing leaders! ✨ Had the honor of representing @exprealtyluxury_ on the MAIN STAGE & sharing my perspective on an @inmannews podcast! ✨ Celebrated with our DMV agents at @vestasettlements happy hour, sparkled at the eXp Luxury Gala & danced the night away at the FFM after-party with @brandicyrus & the @yingyangtwins!!! 💃🏻🎶 ✨ Inspired by @garyvee, incredible speakers & so many valuable insights, innovations & strategies to help us better serve our clients at the highest level & thrive in this ever-changing industry! But the BEST part? The PEOPLE!!! Old friends, new connections, meaningful conversations & exciting collaborations ahead. So grateful for this community & the reminder that when we lift each other up, we ALL rise! ❤️ Leaving inspired, energized & excited for what’s next! Huge thanks to @exprealty @exprealtyluxury_ @exprealtygrowth & everyone who made this week so special! See you next year at eXpCon Anaheim!!! 😍 #eXpCon2026 #ProximityIsPower #eXpRealty #FastForwardMovement #eXpLuxury

Stop practicing on your clients. Start preparing to win. 🎯 At our Wednesday team meeting, Kaminsky Real Estate Group Sales Director Justin Dunham shared a powerful reminder: every missed opportunity can be an expensive lesson. That’s why we’re introducing our agents to Shilo, an AI-powered coaching tool designed to help sharpen communication skills, analyze conversations, provide actionable feedback, and build confidence before the next big appointment. Think of it as a batting cage for real estate professionals. A place to practice, improve, and perfect your skills so you’re ready when it matters most. The goal isn’t to work nine times harder. It’s to become nine times more effective. At Kaminsky Real Estate Group, we’re committed to giving our agents the technology, training, mentorship, and support to build extraordinary businesses—and, more importantly, create the lives they want to live. Better skills. Smarter systems. Bigger opportunities. That’s how we grow together. 🚀 #KaminskyRealEstateGroup #RealEstateCoaching #AgentDevelopment #RealEstateTechnology #eXpRealty

⛳Touched down in Salt Lake for day 1 of Exp Con. First order of business got handled on the course with a group of high performers. The right room matters, even when the room is a golf course. Discussed P & L strategies, unique opportunities in today’s market, team standards/expectations, and experienced agent 90-day bootcamp.
