When last year was still about running everywhere 😵‍💫 cumulating a flexi job in a gym, working out, being a content creator and culinary photographer, all on top of my 9 to 5. I quit the flexi job. I cut back on the extras. I even changed careers… traded my office desk for a boutique floor. 🥰🙏 Turns out knowing when to stop is its own kind of strength.

Still reminiscing about these two unforgettable days at the Brussels Bar Show, March 30 and 31✨ First and foremost, a heartfelt thank you to those who stood by us and brought their energy behind the bar : Herbert, Boup and Edouard. Your support truly meant everything. 🙏 To everyone who came to see us, shared a moment, a drink, or simply your curiosity : thank you. And a special thank you to those who joined our workshop on Cantillon beers, and experienced the tasting we were so proud to present : while one of the masterpieces was the Y12 Trinidad, a 16 month lambic aged for 8 months in a Trinidad rum barrel (yup). The Cream Booth represented by @yichanbrussels @bar.ran.brugge and @botanicalbyalfonse was our playground: showing off each representation and creations of : rice, butter, and barley. 🍚🧈🌾 Grateful, inspired, and already looking forward to what’s next 🤍

THE EARTH EXPERIENCE An ambitious and immersive dinner around rammed earth. Organized, designed and executed together with friends: @toietmoi.studio_ & @delphinepiri An earth experience highlighted all the way into: - your plates by @augustus_cooks - your drinks by @_o_s_m_o_s_e_ / @edouard_silverhands / @aqaraagave - your pastry by @pitch_ounee - your ears by @gaspardwoude Captured by: @coufo_studio / @b.baltus Thanks to @lavallee_bxl for the trust and the space and to everyone who made this possible. Until next time !
