I’ll be honest— even as a foodie who’s visited hundreds (thousands?) of restaurants— I don’t think a lot about where my steak comes from… but it makes a big difference!

Did you know that @thebanksboston serves the same steak that Grill 23 won Best Steak in Best of @bostonmagazine last year? Both restaurants get their beef from Brandt Beef, and last night we were lucky enough to sit next to @wherejessshops who told us all about what makes Brandt different WHILE we got to eat it in a five course meal with PERFECT wine pairings.

Things that set @brandt_beef apart:
- antibiotic-free
- family owned
- feed cows with grass and alfalfa
- they have the oldest dry aged room in country - in Chicago, and they’ve duplicated it in MA

They do this dinner annually— can’t wait for the next one! 🥩🍤
