I would hereby like to cast this letter upon myself; through space & time to remind myself of my true essence. Now don't for the sake of finding the light mistake myself for my personality. I'm talking about our collective self; the self that unites us beyond comprehension, the self that cannot be tamed with common sense, the self that ascends the norms & systematic patterns of human activity.
-
Dear self,
I'm not here to teach you anything; for there's nothing substantial out of this world that needs to be taught. I'm not here as a wise figure to grant any merits or throw faults upon your existence. I am here simply to remind you what you've long forgotten. If you continue to read this in the hopes of finding answers; chances are you will. Not because I have what you don't but because I reflect what you always was. You know the saying: "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder"; well this sums up what I'm trying to say in a wonderful way. You simply see the divine light that you are through the mirrors I paint with my words. You've been lost in space for quite a while now. You started to notice the intervals & gaps, the vast space between where you stand & all there is. Rest assured, you aren't alone! The gaps between us don't separate us; just like the space we find between our words or the air passing through our lungs; it connects us. Don't be afraid of who you are, where you came from & what you could be. The potentialities are endless & such is you. You are the dreamer, the creator, the artist you were born to be. You are here because you chose to; and although the dream of life can get shady; it is still your dream & you are exactly where you're supposed to be. Don't fight the flow to the point it kills you, don't get absorbed so much it wipes you out. Be you without shame or dismay; permit yourself to grow out of your skin & into the dimension you belong. And always remember to forget; for the past is an aspect of you that once was & the future ahead is your endless reach. Reach out, feel what you are & transcend; not into a different kind of cast but a realisation deeper than that. The truth that slipped out of your tiny fingers upon birth. This one..
