Next stop is Abilene, Texas! This trip was super short where we got to welcome my brother into his new home! Big sister duty called (since he’s still single and annoying) which means I’m left with the task of getting his life together LOL I wouldn’t trade it for the worlddd

I Thank God for blessing me with the opportunity to play the game of football. Faced with so much adversity my faith in God is the only way I persevered through some of the tribulations, and in doing so I feel it positioned me to be closer to him. I thank my mom for her sacrifice and allowing me to chase my dreams of going D1 and giving me everything I ever needed. Writing this with watery eyes, to all my friends I met on this journey I thank yall for seeing me as a leader and yalls captain and I pray yall have seen the growth in not just my words but my actions… and in doing so I hope I inspire a new generation of men who want better for their families. Love yall #7out ✌🏽🫶🏽

Stepping onto the track at Duke, I never imagined that one day I’d be stepping into Congress to share my story.

But sports have shaped my life in ways I never expected, giving me a platform and a voice to advocate for change.

I’m incredibly honored to have had the opportunity to testify at the House Energy & Commerce Committee Hearing on Name, Image, and Likeness: Examining the Future of College Sports, and been able to share my experience with NIL and advocate for the future of women’s and Olympic sports.

Every athlete, no matter their sport, deserves the resources and support to chase their dreams, and I’m grateful to be part of this important conversation.

I’m excited to see how the future of college sports and NIL continues to grow with the help of Congress.

As athletes, having faith in a season of “waiting” can be difficult. In today’s devotional, @egbojr____ gives you encouragement and wisdom on how to rely on God through those moments.
