AUSTRALIA HAS WAITED DECADES FOR A SPA LIKE THIS. And it’s finally here. 🇦🇺

Forget everything you think you know about hotel spas. Because Èliva Spa, inside the spectacular new InterContinental Sydney Coogee Beach, is redefining luxury wellness in Australia.

And the location? Right beside one of Sydney’s most beautiful beaches.

Imagine spending half a day moving between an enormous sauna, infrared sauna, spectacular steam room, magnesium pools and invigorating ice baths, surrounded by lush greenery and beautiful architecture inspired by the curves of the Australian coastline.

But here’s what really sets Èliva apart.

It’s not just beautiful. It’s seriously sophisticated.

From technologically advanced massage beds and world-class treatments to compression therapy, LED light recovery, gua sha facials and exquisite organic skincare, every detail has been considered.

This is the kind of integrated wellness experience I’ve seen in some of the world’s finest luxury hotels across Asia and Europe. And it’s incredibly exciting to see Australia embracing this level of sophistication.

There’s even a stunning recovery lounge where you can completely switch off, sip beautiful herbal teas and give your body the attention it deserves.

And here’s something particularly interesting: exclusive memberships are coming, meaning this isn’t just a spa for hotel guests. It could become a whole new wellness lifestyle for Sydneysiders.

My prediction? This will become one of Australia’s most talked-about luxury wellness destinations.

And having experienced luxury spas around the world, I don’t say that lightly.

Would you spend half a day here? Or are you an entire-day spa person? 👇

📍 Èliva Spa, InterContinental Sydney Coogee Beach

Save this for your next Sydney wellness escape and send it to someone who needs a serious reset.
