October, let’s do this! We’re gearing up for our busiest time of year for private events ✨ From influencer events and brand activations to corporate wellness, we’ve designing experiences for over 10 years now, we just don’t talk about it all that much, too busy doing the jobs! We just got back from an activation with @netflixuk yesterday and felt inspired to share some recent snippets with you! Brands, hotels and businesses come to us time and time again for our creativity, originality and authenticity. We build concepts that align with brands, and manage the whole process through to delivery and staging on the day. Anyway, here’s a little look at some of what we’ve been up to lately. ~ 2 YEARS SOBER ~ 2 years of magic moments and magic people in 36 seconds. 2 years of putting my mental health first. 2 years of hard work and healing. 2 years of growth. 2 years of accountability. 2 years of feeling my feels. 2 years of love and laughing so hard. 2 years of x127282828282 diet cokes and fruit + nut bars. Year two has been a lot harder that year one in different ways but getting sober remains the best decision I have ever made. As I approach 40 I am feeling the most happy, fun, authentic, confident and loved I have ever felt and have re defined what socialising looks like for me. I don’t think I have been out this much since my early 30s 😂. I am eternally grateful for everything I have, the family and friendships I hold dear and have so much love for everyone who has been there for me in the last few! If you are sober curious or feel you have issues with alcohol, drugs and addiction my DMs are always open. You are not alone. #sober #sobriety #twoyearssober

I have no words for this past decade (proceeds to write paragraphs!) It truly took my breath away. Broke my heart over and over and over again. In ways I never knew a heart could break. Every time I hit my darkest point there was an even darker one waiting in the wings but the beauty and courage I have gained from meeting them all head on is indescribable. My twenties have taught me that grief has many folds which covers much surface area, it is not just an emotion reserved for the deceased. It is a valid response to vast changes and the loss of all things: bodily sovereignty, faith that this world is only kind, having faith that men are only ever kind, mental capacity, safety, old friends, changing relationship dynamics, drinking, getting high, a childhood home, other peoples positive regard, health, youth, old parts of oneself, narratives of how you thought everything in your twenties would go; relationships, jobs and milestones that never materialised. A decade of grief and it makes me nothing less than human. My heart has been prized open, not in the way that I had originally desired but I guess the why and how is irrelevant in the end as the destination has been achieved (non-linearly ofc!) Here’s to all the people that are putting me back together. With a background in culture journalism, she’s worked for the likes of Dazed & Confused, The Fader, Vogue, Rolling Stone and The New York Times. She has also published many other books and documentaries/ films.
