FRIDAY MOODBOARD (8/9/2024)⚽️🧑🏻‍🎨

Happy Friday everyone🥳

I don’t know who needs to hear this right now, but:

No one is able to put their best foot forward every single day. Each day is going to be different, so showing up is naturally going to look different. Don’t let what you’re able to achieve on your absolute best days become the daily standard you set for yourself. That will only leave room for disappointment when you’re anything less than perfect, and it won’t let you appreciate whatever incremental progress you might have made that day. Having more realistic (and forgiving) expectations allows you to celebrate the small wins, and makes those “best days” feel that much better:)

I hope you all have a great weekend‼️🫶🏼
