A big dose of gratitude for my teachers over the past month. I only have footage from our more active classes, but I learned a lot from all. Especially in terms of asana, my teachers @yogawithvishnu_ and @swadhayay_yoga stretched my mind as much as my body and made me realise I can probably do a lot of things that I've told myself I couldn't. Thank you all, and thank you Mama Cow 🤗

Zen beach is one of my favourite places to do AcroYoga. We have jams pretty much every day, often to the sounds of a drum circle, DJ or some group singing. It's has a great vibe and with the incredible sunsets it becomes truly magic.
