I’ve been a lil quiet on here, 2 weeks ago we welcomed our newest baby girl Rose. I’m truely in awe of the female body and her birth was everything we hoped for, magical and fast. Faith is loving being a big sister and is the most gentle soul 🥹. I’m still on somewhat of a maternity leave and will be slowly adding in clients as we adjust to having 2 little humans to look after.

Recovery isn’t optional. It’s part of the process.

For the last 10 years, @ejayyph has been my go to for treatment, injury prevention and keeping my body moving. Every race, every training block, every niggle… he’s been there.

I’ve sent countless friends, members and athletes his way because I trust him completely.

No shortcuts. Just someone who genuinely knows his craft.

No one better in the game. 👊

Being in the room with like-minded people changes everything.
It’s about surrounding yourself with people who push you, challenge you, and see the vision just as clearly as you do.
When you look at money, remember that every dollar invested in your growth, your skills, and your business isn’t an expense—it’s the fuel that moves you closer to where you want to be.
Trust your capabilities, keep your head down, and keep chasing that goal you’ve always wanted.

“You don’t need twenty friends. You just need three motherfuckers and you can take over a country” Joey Diaz

A massive thank you to the man himself @rhyslivingstone the team, everyone apart of this weekend! I will be back for L2 🫡
