It was amazing to watch Otis compete for the very first time today.
We really didn’t know what to expect from him but he surprised us all. He showed such great sportsmanship and we couldn’t be prouder.

Thank you for the coaching @leo_.lwsnjj 🙏

I’m injured again. Did get a solid 6 months in with no injuries so not a bad run. 🥱

Done my knee in again haven’t I.. bit shit.

So as i’ve been sat about today I thought i’d knock together some clips I filmed at IBJJF over the weekend.

Nothing special, just wanted to make something fun to cure my boredom.

Hope everyone’s having an excellent day of training wherever you are.

Support your community.

Look after your knees.

First women's open mat of 2026 and I couldn't ask for more!
Fantastic day and fantastic energy. 40 ladies in the mat🥹 The biggest so far I think!
Doing this brings so many women together and it melts my heart seeing women's bjj community growing!

Thank you all the girls who have attended!

Fran is our number 1 for any cake🫠

Stay tuned for next dates!
