#ekomenu #gezondopvoeden #gezondevoedingvoorkinderen #samenwerking

Een realistische en gezonde “what I eat in a day”. #mesologie #whatieatinaday #biologisch

The Maker’s Table is back for November and December 🍽️ Every month, we put founders across the table from a company that could become their next customer. You pitch your product, get honest feedback straight from the buyer, and walk away with a real shot at a collaboration. Think your product could be a fit? Sign up via the link in our bio to show your interest, and we’ll let you know if it matches what the buyer is looking for. Open to KiCo members and external founders (a participation fee applies for external founders). Is there a buyer you’d love to pitch to? Tell us in the comments and we’ll invite them to The Maker’s Table. November | Boerschappen @boerschappen delivers seasonal meal boxes and fresh groceries straight from farmers and makers, with everything needed to cook the meal in the box, condiments included. Vegetables lead: each box is built around what’s in season, then offered in meat, vegetarian and vegan versions. They see themselves as a gatekeeper for their customers, so their curation bar is high, and they love finding products you won’t see on a supermarket shelf. Think your product belongs in their box? Sign up via the link in our bio. December | Ekomenu @ekomenu is the 100% organic meal box: seasonal, vegetable-forward, and delivered straight from the farmer. Every meal shows its foodprint (CO2, water use, health score) next to the price. They believe great brands grow together, so they look for makers who bring their own story and audience. The way in is their welcome package, which features brands with a strong identity. They buy in bulk, so shelf-stable products with a real shelf life fit best. Think your brand belongs there? Sign up via the link in our bio.

📦💚 #samenwerking #maaltijdbox #biologisch #momlife #supportlocal

The full agenda is out! 🌱 Here's how the two summit days are structured: 🗓️ Day 1 – Foundations of Food is Medicine (FIM) and Agri-Health Getting acquainted with both concepts and learning from Food is Medicine models around the globe. We'll explore what the research is showing, why each framework matters, and how we can promote and enable them further. 🗓️ Day 2 – Nutrient Density and Human Health Going deeper into what truly nourishes us and understanding health as One Health. We'll dive into nutrient density and the nexus between soil health and human health, and explore what needs to happen to connect these two systems. Day 2 also features the FIM Pitch EU, where finalists present their ideas for a chance to receive up to €10K in funding to implement them in their region. 🥕 Both lunch breaks host their own special events: a Farmers' Market on Day 1 and a Nutrient Density Hub on Day 2. 📚 Last but not least, speakers will be signing their books, so you can take one home for your library and keep learning after the summit. See you there! 📍 Amsterdam, November 19–20, 2026 🎟️ Full programme: https://bit.ly/4zo6AEr (also at the link in bio) #FoodIsMedicine #AgriHealth #NutrientDensity #RegenerativeAgriculture #PublicHealth #SoilHealth #OneHealth #Amsterdam2026
