I’m a sucker for charred bread stacked and smoothed with creamy braised leeks, tomato confit and mozzarella pearls. MIKE is an artist that is often in my cooking rotation. I felt like this beat really emphasized how smooth all these ingredients come together!

Thankful!!

Working on the launch of @isa.hospitality has been a labor of love by @mbuccheri04, @andrewxacosta, and I. We’ve poured everything in it for the past few months and I’m so grateful for the turnout of our launch event. If you’ve known me for a long time or even a little you know how much this means to me.

Thank you so much for the love and support. Mwah.

Seafood & ‘Nduja Pasta x “Burn” by King Woman

The deep flavors of the fennel, ‘Nduja & seafood complement that rich creamy sauce so well! As soon as I landed on squid ink pasta my mind started thinking of something dark and heavy (black metal originally) but this pasta was so balanced that I chose a song by King Woman with some heavy guitar riffs but also a beautiful melody that ties it all together! Enjoy!

Brenton Wood- The Oogum Boogum Song x OG Cold Cuts Sandwich 🔥

Not reinventing the wheel here just a perfect sandwich to pack on a hot summer day at the beach with Brenton Wood playing on the car ride there!

Feels good to be back! I took a hiatus for my wedding! (Ya boy is locked dooooown) so stoked to keep bringing more music and food pairings to your algo!
