I always pack matcha for a relaxing holiday 🍵☀️ This time, my matcha set flew with me to Egypt, where I found some mango juice to make a little vacation matcha 🥭💚

Unfortunately, there was no freezer to make ice cubes… and I even packed an ice cube bag 😭😂

Made with @elahmatcha ✨

I used @elahmatcha Culinary Matcha for the meringue, and their Hazuki Ceremonial Matcha for the matcha latte - and it turned out delicious 🥳

Ohh these were good! Matcha coconut macaroons 🍵🥥

I used @elahmatcha Culinary Matcha for these, and I was SO happy with how beautifully green they turned out 💚 The matcha flavour came through really nicely too!

Recipe for 7 matcha coconut macaroons (or 12–14 smaller ones):

▪️100 g sugar
▪️100 g coconut flour
▪️1 tsp vanilla sugar
▪️2 tsp good culinary matcha
▪️2 egg whites
▪️50 g butter
▪️50 g white chocolate (or dark)

Put all the ingredients (except for the chocolate) in a pot and heat until the sugar has completely melted.

Shape them into small balls and place on a baking tray with baking paper.

Bake for 9–10 minutes at 175°C.

Let them cool completely without moving them from the tray. Melt the chocolate over a water bath, then dip each macaroon in the chocolate so the bottom is covered.

And enjoy! 😻

I used white chocolate only because I ran out of dark chocolate 😂

Ad. Strawberry matcha 🍓🍵💚
Made the strawberry compote from scratch for this one, and it turned out SO good 🥹

Strawberry compote:
10 medium-sized frozen strawberries
1–2 tbsp sugar
100 ml water
Cook until soft, blend, and let it cool 😻
+ also perfect for a breakfast bowl 🥣🍓

Then add the strawberry compote, ice, milk and your matcha.
