2025 was definitely real ✨

Real magical, real stressful, real joyful, real funny, real loss, real healing, real life—but in all, I’m still really grateful for family and friends along the way. Cheers to another year 💙

Women’s day at thee Progressive baptist Church! Min. Lexus Jordan reminded us that we should “listen responsibly” to God because God does listen. God does answer us.

We have to be still regularly. Silence our lives and distractions so “God’s answers have a place to land”.

And we should be active participants in our lives by SPEAKING about AND to our situations.

She is my favorite preacher in the state. Top 5 in the country. Very blessed to listen to her.

She walked us through the stories of women in the Bible who had a similar condition (of infertility) before Hannah. And then she distinguished how Hannah handled her situation differently. Amen amen amen.

Do you regularly silence yourself to hear God?

Call me so we can talk more about this sermon!

Shoutout to @joe_nahh for the picture of Rev. Jordan

What a week!💚

Last month the Youth and Young Adults of The Grove attend the Louisiana Missionary Baptist State Convention! After classes, young people went to rehearsals for dance, mime, and choir to perform in our Youth and Young Adult service! Of course, we gotta make memories along the way!
