Keep showing up, even on the days you don’t feel like it. Progress isn’t always obvious, but every session, every repetition and every bit of effort counts. You don’t have to be the best today, just better than you were yesterday. Small improvements, consistently. That’s how you get somewhere.

It’s crazy to think that something I put off for so long has become something I genuinely can’t imagine my life without.

When I first started Muay Thai, I had absolutely no idea what I was doing, let alone how much this sport would eventually mean to me. What started as simply taking a chance on something new has turned into one of the biggest passions in my life.

Now, I spend most of my week training, constantly wanting to improve, showing up for myself and setting goals I never would’ve imagined having when I first started in this sport.

And that’s exactly why I’ll always encourage people to take the chance. Starting something new can feel intimidating, uncomfortable and even embarrassing when you’re not good at it yet. But nobody starts off being good at something and there’s always room for growth and improvement during the entire process.

Sometimes the smallest decision to try something new ends up changing your life in ways you never could’ve imagined.

You don’t have to know where it’s going to take you. You just have to be willing to start. ❤️

Also a big thankyou to @esm.coaching for constantly pushing me.

You can either spend your life wondering what you’re capable of, or you can put in the work and find out.

Behind every person who starts combat sports is someone who believed before they did.

What a privilege it is to struggle, to sweat, to hurt, and still have a body strong enough to keep going.

Never take for granted what your body allows you to do.
