Now on view at the Clive Davis Gallery, ✨Algorithmic Textures✨ explores the transformation of digital code into woven and tactile forms. This iteration of Craftwork's ongoing project presents textures in their digital form, displayed alongside woven, knitted, knotted and sewn textile works in the exhibition.

Through optical illusions, repetition, and algorithmic rhythm, these pieces bring digital logic into the physical realm, inviting new ways of seeing and sensing pattern and highlighting the interplay between computation and materiality in our work.

🧮Radiant Fibers is a group exhibition showcasing the fusion of traditional textile arts with digital and electronic technologies. The show features immersive installations, interactive objects, and small-scale eTextile works by artists from the @electronictextilecamp camp community and others who explore the intersection of craft and computation.

📅 Join us at the Gallery on Thursday, February 27th (6-730p), for a panel discussion with featured artists, where we’ll dive deeper into the connections between textiles, technology, and light.

Giving back to the community and supporting hands-on experiences brings us joy at Loomia! 🌟

We recently had the pleasure of sponsoring the @electronictextilecamp , providing Loomia products for the “Intro to Soft Sensor Construction” workshop. 🛠️✨

It is always inspiring to see people explore and learn about our technology firsthand 🚀💡 Visit our website or leave a comment to request samples for your R&D.

Year 5 of @electronictextilecamp and it feels like a milestone 💕

Every year we have the most creative and generous group of residents. This year was full of swatching, spinning our own conductive yarn, weaving Cherokee double wall baskets, pressure sensors, machine knitting, bio experiments, AYAB, and ice cream. I’m all things very tired and happy 🧶

Thank you to our generous host at 🔋@prairierondeartistresidency

California frenemies: sliding into the west coast (in lace and in spirit)
Happy to be a part of Radiant Fibers at @sjsuartgalleries , curated by the wonderful @victoriamanganiello and @messinicole
A new stage in the life of KHIRUR, an optic fiber bobbin lace sculpture/instrument, will be there to get (respectfully) anxious with you
