You feel the call to guide others… but doubt keeps creeping in?

That doesn’t mean you’re not ready.

It just means your nervous system is trying to keep you safe.

Your fear isn’t a red flag. 🚩

It’s a sign you’re stepping into something real.

Leadership isn’t about having all the answers.

It’s about having the presence to hold space... Even when it’s messy.

And that’s what breathwork teaches you.

🍃 To lead from your body.
🍃 To stay steady in discomfort.
🍃 To serve from truth, not performance.

🌀 When you’re regulated, your leadership becomes real.
And that’s where true transformation begins... For you and everyone you serve.

Comment “GUIDE” and we’ll send you the roadmap to becoming a grounded, embodied facilitator; even if you don't feel ready.

Confidence doesn’t come from mirror talk.

It comes from receipts.

You don’t need to hype yourself up.

You need to become undeniable.

Do the thing.
Build the proof.
Stack the evidence.

That’s what real confidence feels like ... not the kind that shakes when challenged, but the kind that’s rooted in who you’ve proven yourself to be.

That’s why I believe in breathwork facilitators who have gone through it themselves.

They don’t just say “I can help you.”

They are the work.

👇🏼 Comment GUIDE if you’re ready to become someone who lives it and leads it.

Giovanni Bartolomeo is coming back to Rythmia! For over 10 years he has guided guests through breathwork that many call the most powerful part of their week.

From December 6-12, Giovanni will lead the Rhythm Breathwork Experience and share the power of nature and cold exposure he learned from his mentor Wim Hof. The first session brings a deep breathwork experience followed by an ice bath with over 1,000 pounds of ice, and an integration class later in the week helps improve your mindset and your functional breathing, which shapes every part of daily life.

Want a preview? Giovanni is hosting a FREE live breathwork webinar on 10/29 at 5pm PT / 8pm ET, and everyone is welcome.

You can look successful on the outside and still feel stuck on the inside.

You get things done, your to-do list gets cleared, and by most measures you’re doing well. But something feels off, and you can’t quite name what’s missing.

I lived that for years as a serial entrepreneur. The money came, but the happiness and fulfillment he expected didn’t, because he didn’t yet know what he actually wanted. Breathwork was part of what helped him see who he really was, and who he’d been acting as.

What I learned is that you can’t shift out of that state by doing more. When your nervous system is running on fight or flight, you start scanning for threats and miss the opportunities already in front of you.

That’s why we’re hosting a free 3-day workshop, starting this Tuesday.

🗓 Tuesday to Thursday, October 20–22
🕛 12 PM Eastern

Together we’ll use breathwork, mindset tools and guided reflection to create space and get clear on the direction you’re going.

If this resonates, the link to join is in our bio. And if someone you know needs this, send it their way. 💙

Plant medicine isn’t the healing. It’s the doorway. 🚪

But without integration… it’s just a moment.
A vision. A fleeting insight. And the deeper wounds? They stay buried.

Breathwork is the bridge. 💨

It’s what gets you out of your head and into your body.
It’s where you process what you saw, not just remember it.
It’s where visions become wisdom, and metaphors become movement.

Real healing requires integration.

And breathwork is the rhythm that makes it real.

🌀 This is the work. The embodiment. The return.

Comment BREATHE and we'll teach you how to begin integrating lessons into your body with your breath. 🍃

When mindset strategies hit a plateau, the body is usually where the answer is waiting. 🗣️

If you’re a coach, therapist, or practitioner, you know the frustration of working with clients who intellectually understand their blocks, yet still fall back into the same old stress patterns.

Logic can’t override physiology. When a client’s nervous system is stuck in defense mode, conversation alone won't create lasting change.

This free training is the step-by-step blueprint to add somatic depth to your practice.

We’ll show you how to seamlessly integrate breathwork into your existing offers, giving your clients the deep physical and emotional breakthroughs they’ve been looking for.

What we will cover:

🔹 Beyond Talk Therapy: How breathwork accesses layers conversation can't reach.
🔹 Safe Facilitation: Guiding deep releases without overwhelming the nervous system.
🔹 Business Integration: A clear framework to add this powerful modality to your business.

🗓️ Tuesday, October 27th
🕓 4:00pm EST

This Thursday, we're breathing together in Las Vegas.

There's something special about coming together with people who are willing to slow down, be present, and connect with themselves and each other.

We spend so much of our lives moving from one thing to the next. Sometimes we forget how important it is to create space for ourselves.

That's what I love about breathwork. It gives us an opportunity to get out of our heads, reconnect with our bodies, and simply experience what's happening in the moment.

I'm looking forward to being back in the room with Giovanni Bartolomeo and sharing this experience with familiar faces and new ones.
