POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Sometimes those old stories get LOUD.

Am I good enough? Is this working? Do I keep going?

And then something comes along and reminds you exactly why you started. 💜

If you’re out here building something and wondering where everybody is, I see you.

And if you’ve been watching, thinking about joining us Sunday… maybe this is your nudge.

Come sit with us.

Comment HER or message me and I’ll send you the details.

What is breathwork anyway?

I get asked this all the time.

The simplest answer?

You breathe differently on purpose for a little while and something starts to shift.

Sometimes your mind finally gets quiet.

Sometimes you cry.

Sometimes you feel something you’ve been holding onto without even realizing it.

Sometimes you sleep like a baby that night.

And sometimes there’s no huge emotional experience at all. You just walk out feeling a little lighter than when you walked in.

That’s breathwork.

You don’t have to be good at it.
You don’t have to understand it.
You just have to breathe.

If any part of this sounds like something you need right now, meet me Saturday evening at AJ’s Yoga & Wellness in Sunbury.

6 PM. Come as you are. We’ll breathe from there. 🌬️💜✨

This Thursday, we're breathing together in Las Vegas.

There's something special about coming together with people who are willing to slow down, be present, and connect with themselves and each other.

We spend so much of our lives moving from one thing to the next. Sometimes we forget how important it is to create space for ourselves.

That's what I love about breathwork. It gives us an opportunity to get out of our heads, reconnect with our bodies, and simply experience what's happening in the moment.

I'm looking forward to being back in the room with Giovanni Bartolomeo and sharing this experience with familiar faces and new ones.

I didn’t stop meditating because it didn’t work.

I stopped because I found something that worked better for me.

As an ambitious woman with a brain that rarely stops moving, breathwork, specifically @elementalrhythm breathwork, helped me get out of my head and into my body in a way I hadn’t experienced before.

I felt more grounded. Less reactive. More present.

I loved it so much that I became a # breathwork facilitator, not because I needed another certification 😜, but because I wanted to bring this tool to the women I work with.

Because how we regulate ourselves affects how we lead. ❤️

RELEASE | Full Moon Breathwork

As the seasons change and we move into the quieter, more inward months, we’re invited to slow down, reflect, and make space for ourselves.

October’s Full Moon in Taurus brings forward themes of grounding, security, and transformation. A meaningful time to honour what has supported us, recognize what we’re holding onto, and release what we no longer need to carry forward.

Join me for a 90-minute Elemental Rhythm Breakthrough Journey, weaving together intention setting, activation through movement and shaking, guided rounds of breathwork, meditation and visualization, followed by time to rest and integrate.

An opportunity to quiet the mind, reconnect with the body, and welcome the season ahead with greater clarity and intention.

Monday, October 26 | 8:00–9:30 PM
Koffman Academy
15 Roncesvalles Ave, Toronto

No experience necessary. Come as you are.

Space is limited. Register through the link in bio.

What if the next chapter begins with something you’re already doing but rarely paying attention to?

Breathing. 🌬️

On the latest episode of Akashic Intelligence: Tap Into the Ultimate AI™ I have a blast chatting with Gio Bartolomeo, founder of Elemental Rhythm.

We share out-of-this world experiences, laugh about being human and dig deep into transformational power of breathwork.

When you tune into listen, notice what changes when you’re actually here, connected to your breath.

Hit reply when you exhale. 🫰

About Our Guest
Giovanni (Gio) Bartolomeo is the founder of Elemental Rhythm, a global breathwork, life, and executive coaching platform, and has been featured on The Shift Network and at Rhythmia. After generating more than $100 million in sales as a serial entrepreneur, Gio realized achievement alone wasn’t bringing the fulfillment he sought.

For over a decade, he has studied the breath, nervous system, subconscious mind, and human transformation, developing a method that combines music, guided meditation, and breathwork to help people release limiting beliefs, access deeper states of awareness, and reconnect with their authentic selves.
Today, Elemental Rhythm has trained hundreds of facilitators worldwide, helping thousands move from autopilot into embodied expansion.

Have you ever realized you keep living the same pattern… just in different situations?

The overthinking.
The anxiety.
Always being the strong one.
Ignoring what your body is telling you.
Putting everyone else first.
Knowing something needs to change, but not knowing where to begin.

And then life adds another layer.

Grief. Illness. Motherhood. Hormones. Relationships. Caregiving. Recovery. A major transition you never saw coming.

Over the last several years, I’ve learned something that changed a lot for me:

You can’t change what you haven’t learned to notice.

I started learning how my nervous system works. How to recognize patterns. How to interrupt them. How breath, movement, reflection and simple practices can help bring me back to myself when everything feels like too much.

Those are the conversations and tools I want to bring into Seasons of Her.

Not women sitting around pretending we have life figured out.

Women learning from each other. Practicing together. Getting curious about what we carry and what we’re ready to do differently.

And now you can join us from wherever you are.

Virtual Seasons of Her
October 13 + 27 | 8 PM ET
$25 one | $40 both

Take a chance on yourself. Come into the room.

And send this to a woman who could use some support, connection and community right now. 🌬️💜✨

Anxiety doesn’t always mean something is wrong, sometimes it’s just your body’s way of responding before your mind even understands why.

Learning what’s happening in your nervous system gives you somewhere to begin.

You don’t have to fight the feeling. You can learn how to work with your body through it.

Save this for the next time anxiety shows up. 🌬️💜✨
