looking for my next adventure
🛵
especially in Bali there are many places to explore. Don’t get stuck in the place where everyone is make sure to travel out. You can have an hour drive and be in a completely different climate vibe location and experience. Don’t get too comfortable, go broad and expand because there’s always a different experience, different realization, and a beautiful environment to discover. Grateful for the girlies on the wave 🗺️

The secret sauce to creating confidence 👇

My 3P Process 😜

✨ Programming

If your mind is constantly telling you:
“I’m not good enough.”
“I’ll look stupid.”
“People will judge me.”
“I’m too much.”

...confidence doesn’t stand much of a chance.

The first step is identifying the stories that are keeping you small and replacing them with positive beliefs that empower you to take up space, trust yourself, and back your own potential.

✨ Practice
You can’t think your way into confidence.
You have to muster the courage do the damn thing!

Awkwardly. Imperfectly. REPEATEDLY.

Confidence is built through experience and evidence. Every time you show up, survive being seen, try something new, and realise the world didn’t end when you made a mistake, your brain gets another piece of proof that you are capable! Then it becomes more comfortable.

✨ Pleasure
This is the step most people skip.
If the journey becomes too serious, rigid, and focused on perfection, you’ll often quit before confidence has a chance to grow.

Confidence flourishes faster when it’s attached to play, expression, and celebration!

The more you enjoy the process, the more likely you are to keep showing up.
And that’s where the magic happens!

Programming.
Practice.
Pleasure.

That’s my recipe for confidence.
And honestly, it’s one of the reasons I love dance so much.

It helps you challenge old stories, practice taking up space, and have so much fun doing it that you forget you’re growing.

Come and play with us at TWERKSHOP to connect with your body, shake booty, and embody your most confident self ❤️

Performance isn’t the problem… it’s how you use it.

Most people associate performing with seeking-validation or proving something.

And yes… it can come from that place but that’s not the only version of it.

There’s a difference between performing for validation… trying to gain something to fill an internal void.

And performing as an embodiment practice… Feeling internal power, expressing it, letting it be seen…
And still having fun whether it’s celebrated or hated!

Completely different energy!

What if performing wasn’t for anyone else but *your* practice being HER… (or him 😉)

Confident.
Expressed.
Unapologetic.
Free.

Because your body doesn’t learn through thinking, journaling, or watching others.

It learns through experience!

Through the action.
The repetition.
The FEELING.

So when you step into an energy in your movement…

you start to wire that into your body.

Here’s a new perspective for you:

“Performance as self-programming”

That’s why this type of performing can be so powerful ❤️

When it comes from lack, you lose yourself.
But when it comes from intention, you’re installing HER… (or him 😉)

And over time…

That energy doesn’t stay in the dance.

It follows you into your life.
Your decisions.
Your presence.

And therefore… how your reality reflects that.

⚡️That’s embodiment baby ⚡️

If you want to experience this for yourself

You weren’t taught to understand this movement. You were taught to judge it…

Trained to see it through a s3xuali$ed lens… whilst its history was silenced.

What once was tradition… is now told to be toned down.

Its origins rooted in release, expression, connection, and energetic well-being.

Across cultures, the hips and pelvis have always been connected to creation, emotion, and life force.

And a women, connected, free, and feeling alive in this area… is powerful.

And what do you think that power is a threat to?

The patriarchal system designed to keep women as submissive, second class citizens.

So it was conveniently rebranded as shameful, so women would shrink their expression, disconnect from their body, and punish their own pleasure.

And now… rather than seeing the reality of what this actually is:

– Ancient feminine expression
– Nervous system regulation
– Somatic emotional release
– Pelvic activation + core strength
– Fitness + fascia hydration
– Women having fun & feeling alive!

… it gets filtered through your programming.
Judged. Misunderstood. Reduced to something seen as solely for the male gaze 🙄

This is for OUR release and reconnection.

To our bodies
To our expression.
And to the parts of us that were never meant to be silenced 💃✨

Queen, you can keep watching, or you can come feel it for yourself!
