What a night at the launch of Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti City — the world’s first Mercedes-Benz branded city, right here in Dubai 🏙️

The energy was unreal. Even Karim Benzema has secured his apartment here — that says everything about where this project is heading ⚽✨

And on top of it all, I was honoured to receive a recognition on behalf of AX Capital from Binghatti 🏆

Thank you, Muhammad Binghatti and the entire Binghatti team, for your trust and partnership. And to the @axcapital.uae team — this is yours. Your hard work made this possible.

We’re not just closing deals. We’re building something bigger.

This is just the beginning. 🚀

Every time something happens in the world…
people start asking the same question:

“Are you selling your properties in Dubai?”
“Are you leaving?”

Let me be clear.

Smart investors don’t run when there is noise.
They move when others panic.

Dubai has proven this many times before.
Every global crisis created new opportunities here.

Stronger demand.
More investors.
Higher prices.

So no… I’m not selling.

If anything — I’m buying more.

Because while some people panic,
Dubai keeps moving forward.

What would you do right now: sell your Dubai property or buy more? Comment below 👇

Everyone is waiting for Dubai to collapse.

They waited in 2008.
They waited during Covid.
They waited during the floods.

Now they talk about missiles.

But something always happens…

Dubai doesn’t fall.

It builds higher.
Stronger.
Bigger.

While some people spread fear…
others quietly buy the opportunity.

That’s why money from all over the world keeps flowing into this city.

Because history has already proven one thing:

Betting against Dubai has never been a good investment.

2025 — a year of deep transformation.

This year was not about speed,
it was about depth.

Life and work in Dubai.
Moves across Turkey.
Buying and selling property.
New places, new people, new experiences.

But the most important journey
was the journey inward.

Through self-discovery, inner work,
and sacred experiences such as Ayahuasca and Bufo,
I stepped into a new level of awareness —
a space of wisdom, calmness, and inner balance.

2025 opened new dimensions in my professional path as well.
I embraced and expanded my roles as
an energy therapist, psychologist, cosmetologist,
and real estate broker.

I created a new fashion trend
and wrote two of my own original songs —
expressions of my soul, my healing, my truth.

This year taught me to trust life,
to listen to my inner voice,
and to move forward with presence, grace, and clarity.

Thank you, 2025.
I am ready for the next level 🤍✨

When I first came to Dubai, I made a very intentional decision, I didn’t just want to grow my business; I wanted to grow as a woman.
For me, success isn’t just about income or recognition. It’s about having Faith and Alignment. It’s about being equally fulfilled in my career, my health, my relationships, and one day, my marriage. Because what’s the point of building an empire if your personal life feels empty?
That’s why I’ve been so intentional with the women I surround myself with here in Dubai. I wanted to connect with women who embody the full picture, successful in business, grounded in their femininity, thriving in their relationships, and committed to their growth.
And that’s exactly what @iryna_erzen represents. Getting to know @iryna_erzen for the past a few months noticed she truly walks her talk, embodying elegance, depth, and purpose. As a result, she’s curated an elite circle of women who reflect that same energy.
This morning I found a community with depth. It’s women coming together to grow, to learn, and to embrace every facet of who we are, from ambition to authenticity, from leadership to love.
Because this new era of womanhood isn’t about choosing between success and love, it’s about having it all, and doing it with intention, grace, and alignment. Here’s to women who don’t settle for one area of success, but create lives that feel as good as they look.
