Another month, another IVIG treatment 🩸

I’m very grateful to the people who donate blood + plasma that make my treatment possible, but I’m not going to let IVIG day be a total snoozefest.

We make a day of it…
🩸 IVIG
🍩 A cheeky doughnut
☕️ Lots of coffee (decaf of course)
🍔 Yummy lunch
🚶‍♀️ A wander through this beautiful city
☀️ A little adventure
❤️ Good friends
👋 And always, always talk to strangers and sometimes strangers people

And if you’re able to donate… GIVE ME YOUR BLOOD🩸😂

Seriously though, thank you to every person who donates blood + plasma. You have no idea what a difference you can make ❤️ xxx

I captured the last light warming Eleni as the muted Coogee headland and gentle waves shift the atmosphere. I divided the composition into four panels to focus on the subtle changes in light, weather and movement of the water. Together, the panels create a quiet rhythm, inviting the viewer to move through the artwork the way I absorbed the moment as it unfolded. The friendship I built with Eleni became the backbone of the piece. Her trust, curiosity and shared creative spirit shaped the experience, making the work as much about the landscape's presence as it is about hers.

Revolve Artist Spotlight: Eleni Pape
“What happens if I go deeper? What happens if I try this?”

Eleni Pape, a Sydney-based artist with a background in Communication Design, who is currently studying painting at the National Art School. She explores the parallels between internal and external landscapes, making marks that capture movement drawn from her own body’s rhythms and her fascination with the ocean. Her work reflects shifting natural patterns, translating sensation into visual form.
A meditation practice supports her process, fostering inquiry and openness as she experiments and explores.
