We have used a variety of Mingle products at home, for the last few years, so it was inspiring to hear from the founder, Jordyn, about her better-for-you approach to pantry staples, without compromising on flavour. I encourage you to check the ingredients of a few pantry staples, including sauces and dressings. 👀

And the tomato sauce? A BIG hit with our heavy-handed toddler over the last few months . 🍅😂

We had a wonderful night hosting an evening for the mums with @mingleseasoning at @poodlefitzroy last night.

From hearing founder Jordyn Evans’ journey in business (while learning all about the passion that has gone into creating products that are better for you), to being in a room full of mums taking a break from fussy eating, and the dinner, bath and bed routine, it was just about the perfect night.

Last Wednesday, we hosted an exclusive lunch at Le Club, Maison Bâtard to introduce EMPOWER - the world’s first customisable wearable red and near infrared light therapy breast care set - alongside our friends at @baby.bunting.

Hosted by @reneebargh, the afternoon brought together a panel of women who don’t just talk about motherhood, they live it: @ask.the.dr, @danni.duncan, and LACEVO founder and innovator @sallygrice, all of whom pump or are still pumping with the S70.

The room was full of courageous mothers, mums-to-be, and the people who care for them - and for a few hours, it felt less like a launch and more like a long overdue conversation, the kind where nobody has to explain, and everybody just KNOWS.

This is what EMPOWER was built for. This is who it’s built with.

Thank you to every incredible woman who took a seat at the table.

@mumwalkorg was started because of the belief that when women and mothers gather - magic happens ⚡️

Our report launch with @fromthememo was exactly that. Cross sectors experts in mental health, lived experience mothers, nurses within the system and people with powerful platforms all coming together to have the deeper discussions around motherhood.

How loneliness, isolation and disconnection shows up in our homes, at work, or with our care teams - we can see gaps in the system that need to be filled.

But there were so many positive stories of when connection, community and care teams work! ❤️
