Our recent event at 54 Below was more than a concert — it was a celebration of the incredible partners who make TFCA’s mission possible. We were honored to be part of a special client‑appreciation evening sponsored by @millerknoll, @benharoffice, and @jtmagen, whose generosity and belief in young artists fuel every step of our work. Guests enjoyed performances from acclaimed Broadway artists and 2 TFCA Scholar alumni whose journeys have been shaped by our support. The evening also offered an opportunity to invest in future scholars, with donations matched by the MillerKnoll Foundation. TFCA would not be where we are today without the continued partnership and generosity of these organizations Thank you to: The Sponsor Teams, for championing TFCA with heart, commitment, and community: Mark Benhar, Breanna Sheldon, Robert Scheinman, Katharine “Katie” Scanlan, Suzette Rhodes, Matthew Tedesco, Sherri Simko, Lisa Loop, Linda Neely, Duarte Cabral, Linda Brand, Leah Cooper, and Yah‑Hanna Jenkins Leys. The Planning Committee, TFCA Leadership, and Volunteers, for building an evening that honored our partners and uplifted our mission: Tracy Nagel, Ellen Lettrich, Jacqueline Simpson, Krizia Cantres, Hadley Lord, Brooke Nagel, Sara Yao, Rachel Welsh Iga, and Nissi Chepkirui Sigei. The Performers, who brought extraordinary energy to the stage: Joe Carroll, Adriana Medina Santiago, Kyle Scatliffe, Liesie Kelly, Jana Larell Glover, Elysia Jordan, Sean McManus, and two of our own TFCA Scholars, Jeffrey Cornelius and Nicholas A. Wilkinson, who reminded us why access and opportunity matter. The Band, who filled the room with joy, artistry, and connection: Will Reynolds (Music Director/Keys), Matthew Croft (Music Assistant), Rob Mitzner (Drums), Micah Burgess (Guitar), and Mohan Ritsema (Bass) The Photographer, whose images reflected everything TFCA stands for- access, community, and the belief that young artists deserve every opportunity to shine: @caroline_alarcon_loor Special thank you to the @54below team for creating the perfect space for this memorable event. Check back tomorrow to see our Scholars in action — the heart of why we do this.

Would it be alright by you if I de greenify you? 💚🎶 Well I feel a lot less green now! I was able to fly to NYC to be apart of the @broadwayteachinggroup Music Direction Intensive! I was able to learn new perspectives on the power of breath in actors, vocal health and anatomy for young singers, and conducting in musical theatre ! Very eye opening and wonderful to hear from those that do this everyday 🎼 Thank you to the master class teachers @m.a.t.t.h.e.w_s.c.o.t.t @elettrich4voice and @matthewantonioperri for being so passionate about what you do and for your expertise 🎤 Here’s to a new season starting in a week! “My B-flat 4 was gone - no matter what I did.” When Ellen Lettrich, CCC-SLP, noticed her voice behaving differently, she did what voice professionals do best: got curious. What started as a small change led to years of insight into vocal awareness, care, and adaptability. In this clip, Ellen retells that moment - when experience meets instinct - and how awareness can be the first step toward understanding your voice. 🎧 Now streaming on Spotify & Apple Podcasts. @ellenmtslp | www.thevoiceverse.com #onthevoicepodcast #voicecare #vocalhealth #voicerecovery #vocalinjury #speechlanguagepathology #voiceteacher #professionalvoiceusers #singerslife #actorslife

Meet Ellen Lettrich, M.S., CCC-SLP - a nationally certified speech-language pathologist, vocal coach, and theatre educator with over three decades of experience on Broadway and in the classroom. In this episode of On The Voice, Ellen opens up about her two vocal fold injuries, paresis, and how those experiences deepened her empathy as both a clinician and a performer. We also explore her nonprofit, @thefund4collegeauditions, which provides access and opportunity to aspiring theatre students from underrepresented backgrounds. Ellen has served as Production Vocal Coach for Matilda and Hand to God on Broadway and has also helped rehabilitate performers from Wicked, School of Rock, The Book of Mormon, The Color Purple, Cinderella, and more. Now based in Richmond, VA, Ellen continues to empower the next generation of performers - teaching vocal health, acting through song, and building confident, expressive artists. 💫 🎧 Now streaming on Spotify & Apple Podcasts. @ellenmtslp | www.thevoiceverse.com #onthevoicepodcast #vocalhealth #voicerehab #slpsofinstagram #voicecoach #broadway #theatreeducation #vocalinjury #voicescience #vocalathlete
