Meet Lumi!…

Because having an AI assistant built right into FASTer Way that you can ask about your macros, meals, workouts, allergies, recipes, pantry ingredients and basically “WHAT THE HELL DO I DO WITH THIS?” is kind of a game changer.

And yes… we coaches have been playing with it too. 👀

The new FASTer Way beta app + Lumi officially launches Monday, October 5 🚀

And right now, you can jump in for $79 USD.

If you’ve been wanting the structure of FASTer Way without feeling like you need to figure out every meal, macro and workout on your own… this is your sign.

Come hang with us. Let Lumi do some of the heavy lifting. 😉

Comment LUMI or send me a DM and I’ll get you the details.

“What’s the name of your therapist?”

There’s just something about moving your body, clearing your head, laughing with your people, and leaving class feeling like you can take on whatever comes next.

Maybe working out really is therapy. We just happen to have a lot of really good therapists. 😉

Apparently the ’80s are having a comeback. 📼

Good thing we’ve been keeping the energy alive all along. Big energy, strong women, good music, and workouts that never go out of style.

Some things are retro. iGnite is timeless. 💪✨

When you say yes, amazing things can happen.

You may come for the adventure, but you’ll leave with so much more. New friendships. New confidence. Memories you’ll be talking about for years. And the reminder that stepping outside your comfort zone is often where the best experiences begin.

That’s what makes the iGnite Summer Adventure Escape so special. It’s more than a getaway. It’s a community of women who encourage each other, laugh together, challenge themselves, and make every moment count.

If you’ve ever thought, “Maybe next year,” let this be your reminder to say yes. You never know where one decision can lead.

Most women over 40 aren’t struggling because they aren’t working out. They’re struggling because their workouts aren’t supporting what their body actually needs now.

Hormones shift. Muscle naturally declines. Metabolism slows. And doing more of the same…usually isn’t the answer.

👉 That’s where this class comes in. Power Sculpt is designed to meet you where you are and move you forward. Light weights, high reps, resistance bands, and cardio intervals all working together to build strength, support your metabolism, and keep your energy up.

✔️ It’s not about going harder. ✔️ It’s about training smarter.

💪 You’ll sculpt, sweat, and leave feeling stronger than when you walked in.

Midweek check in: you’re stronger than you think. You can do hard things… and you’re doing them! 💪

Shout out to everyone in our Summer Ready Challenge, this is your reminder that the work you’re putting in right now matters. The consistency, the effort, the days you didn’t feel like it but showed up anyway… it’s all adding up. We see you and we’re so proud of you. Keep going.

What does it mean to be a part of the iGnite community? Encouragement on hard days, celebration on strong ones, and a room full of women who always want the best for each other. Community like this does not happen by accident. It is built rep by rep, class by class, heart by heart.

Sarah said it best - If you have been looking for a place where you are known, supported, and pushed in the best way, this is it.
