Stuck in 4th gear. Left the pits in 4th. Won in 4th. Our team owner Kenny Hendrick pitted with just laps to goā€¦ā€¦the car stuck in 4th gear, left the pits in 4th, and took the GP1 win at Sebring. Cole Trickle would be proudā€¦. Thank you to the whole All Star Racing crew, to everyone who cheered us on, and to our partners: @elevatelifestyle @toptiermedia.tv @thechscalendar @electricredinc Hereā€™s the lesson for any executive: the tough moments arenā€™t the problem. Not seeing them clearly is. When something breaks mid-race, the team reads the data, decides fast and keeps going. Thatā€™s what PixieBlack is built to help leaders do: see how the business really runs, in dollars, time and capacity, so a bad day stays manageable. Stop Guessing. Start Driving. So you might ask why would our company, @pixieblack_drives partner with a race team? Because a race team and a business run on the same thing: layered systems, people and infrastructure, and decisions made with data. A driver doesnā€™t guess at the next lap. The team reads the data and acts on it. Thatā€™s the idea behind PixieBlack: Stop Guessing, Start Driving. We help Executives see how their business actually runs on AI and Automation, in dollars, time and capacity, so they can simply make better, more informed decisions in todayā€™s changing world. So we put the PixieBlack #5 on track in the World Racing League with @allstarracing05 Our partners are the ones putting it in front of the right rooms: @elevatelifestyle in Charlotte @toptiermedia.tv and @thechscalendar in Charleston The point isnā€™t the audience size. Itā€™s the right leaders in the room: active executives who show up, engage their communities and compare notes with peers in Charlotte and Charleston. If thatā€™s you, join the early access waitlist at www.pixieblack.com/waitlist Weā€™ll be inviting qualified leaders to an invitation-only pilot. When a private barrel release elevates Charlotteā€™s tequila landscape, the details in the glass tell the real story. ā€‹During the @casaobsidianatequila launch at @dunbarsocial inside @ballantynehotel , I had the opportunity to review The Ballantyne Private Select Reposado: a single-barrel expression crafted at Tierra de Agaves in Jalisco, Mexico, and finished specifically in French oak wine barrels. Finishing tequila in French oak introduces a refined structural balance that sets it apart from traditional American white oak aging. ā€‹On the sensory profile, the French oak wood influence is apparent immediately. The nose opens with subtle, warm baking spices, featuring a delicate hint of light cinnamon alongside rich cooked agave. On the palate, that spice carries through with a smooth, medium-bodied mouthfeel, layered with soft caramel sweetness: creating a balanced contrast between subtle heat and rounded confectionary notes. ā€‹The finish provides a clean, warming chest-and-throat resonance without being aggressive. The lingering tannin structure on the tongue leaves a persistent, sweet-and-spicy trail, making this expression exceptionally versatile. While remarkable neat or on a rock, its structure allows it to anchor spirit-forward cocktails like an Agave Old Fashioned or a Tequila Manhattan without getting lost behind modifiers. ā€‹Because this private selection was bottled exclusively for @ballantynehotel , it stands as a unique liquid profile you won't find anywhere else in @northcarolina . ā€‹Have you experienced French oak-finished tequilas, or whatā€™s your go-to spirit-forward cocktail base? Drop your thoughts below and save this post for your next trip to The Ballantyne. ā€‹šŸ“½ļø @mindblockmedia ā€‹#JoelDrinks #JoelDrinksCLT #CLTDrinks #CasaObsidiana #Tequila

Setting a higher standard for beverage marketing in Charlotte. When luxury hospitality groups and spirits founders bring a private release to Charlotte, being in the room is about more than simply showing up. It is an opportunity to experience what a venue and beverage brand are building, understand the story behind it, and show people why it matters. I was invited to @dunbarsocial at @ballantynehotel for the launch of The Ballantyne Private Select Reposado from @casaobsidianatequila, a one-of-a-kind private tequila barrel created exclusively for The Ballantyne, crafted in Jalisco, Mexico, and finished specifically in French oak wine barrels. @ballantynehotel is currently the only venue in @northcarolina serving @casaobsidianatequila , including cocktails featuring both the Private Select Reposado and Casa Obsidiana Blanco. I also had the opportunity to meet Roberto Beckmann, Co-founder of Casa Obsidiana, who came from Jalisco, Mexico to be part of the evening and personally present the spirit and its story. The experience brought together tequila, hospitality, culinary pairings, cocktails, and the people behind the brands creating them. That's exactly the kind of drink experience I built @joeldrinks to discover and share throughout Charlotte. But @joeldrinks has grown beyond simply telling people what drink to order. Building Joel Drinks Enterprises LLC means connecting Charlotte's drink culture with the people looking for it while helping venues, distilleries, beverage brands, and hospitality groups represent what they're building through commercial beverage branding. That's why access like this matters. It gives me the opportunity to experience these launches firsthand, create content around them, and show potential partners exactly what I bring to the table. If you're building something in Charlotte's beverage or hospitality industry and you're looking for a marketing partner for your next campaign, let's connect. Followers, save this one for your Charlotte drink list. šŸ“½ļø @mindblockmedia #JoelDrinks #JoelDrinksCLT #CLTDrinks #CharlotteBeverageMarketing #CasaObsidiana
