DAY-1 vs DAY-30 🪢🔐 LEARNING to JUMP ROPE.

Sono così felice di questo piccolo progresso in questi miei primi 30 giorni saltando la corda, sono molto grata a tutti amici e conoscenti che mi appoggiano in questo percorso di consapevolezza verso la disciplina.

É solo l’inizio. 😊JUMP HOPE🍀

Every rep counts.

Not because one workout changes everything, but because every time you show up, you prove something to yourself:

I said I would. And I did.

Stack enough of those moments and you stop chasing motivation. You start building self-trust.

Send this to someone who keeps showing up. 💜

Saltare la corda è un esercizio cardiovascolare completo che offre significativi benefici terapeutici, sia per la salute fisica sia per il benessere psicologico.

Everyone waits to feel energized before they move.

It works the other way around.

The body warms up after it starts, not before.

You do the first two minutes tired, and somewhere in the third the energy shows up to meet you.

Stop waiting for a feeling that only arrives once you begin.

Move first. Energy follows.

Spreading yourself thin feels productive.

Five things started, none of them deep.

The progress that changes you comes from going narrow long enough to get past the awkward part.

Pick the one thing. Stay with it past the point where it stops being interesting.

That is where it starts working.

You can fake motivation for a day.
You can talk about what you’re going to do.

But consistency?

Eventually, it shows.

Every session. Every rep. Every time you chose to keep going when quitting would’ve been easier.

Keep stacking the days.

Save this for the day you don’t feel like showing up.

Day one is easy.

The motivation is loud, the plan is clean, the version of you that quits feels far away.

Thursday is the real test.

The novelty is gone and nobody is clapping.

Who shows up then is who you actually are. Not the person on Monday.

The one on Thursday.

Find out.
