Women’s triathlon in the UK is having a moment right now, and Wales is holding more than its fair share of that talent. From grassroots clubs right through to national level, the women coming through the sport at the minute are proof of how far it’s grown. Eddum Into the Wilds (literally) — 50 miler ✨ An extra special race weekend, with a trip to see our boy Dan and his parents on Friday evening. 💫 The last time we spoke, you were rinsing me for being in the gym at 8am on the morning of a wedding, asking who the f*ck I thought I was. I still find it hard to process that just a few hours later, we’d lost you forever. I don’t think you’d ever believe I’d turn things around and end up running a 50 miler. 🤣 People always ask me why I run. Why I put myself through this shit. What I actually get out of it. Truthfully, I don’t often talk about it and brush off the question. But the answer is simple, because I can. There are people who should still be here doing stupid shit with us, and there are people who’d give anything to be able to do what I did yesterday. So for as long as I can, I will. 🤍

Not because the world needed another activewear brand, but because we felt women in the endurance space deserved us to throw our hat in the ring. This collection marks a completely new era for BRAV. For the first time, we built this range alongside the incredible women in our community — the athletes, supporters, and everyday relentless individuals who champion this brand and live the endurance lifestyle every single day. Their feedback, energy, standards, and passion helped shape every detail of this collection. From long training days to race day pressure, every piece has been designed to make women feel empowered, strong, confident, and unapologetically feminine — without ever compromising on performance. This is more than a launch for us. It’s the beginning of something much bigger. And this is only the start, and it’s coming incredibly soon. Built for the relentless. 🐻

For the last few weeks, our new women’s range has been sitting here, ready to launch, but we’ve held back on purpose. I wanted to make sure we did this properly, and more importantly, did it with meaning behind it. The landscape of activewear is constantly evolving. It’s no longer just about function, although for us that will always be the foundation. We’ve always built kit for the endurance sector, for the people who push harder, go further, and demand more from what they wear. But at the same time, we understand how much activewear now sits within fashion and everyday culture too, and the pieces need to move seamlessly between both worlds. That’s exactly what we’ve tried to create with this first proper women’s collection. What makes this launch even more important to me is what it represents for the brand itself. For years, BRAV has naturally been dominated by a male audience, but over time that’s been shifting more and more, and honestly, we couldn’t be prouder of that. So rather than rushing this out, we wanted to give it the attention, care, and respect it deserves. Not just as a collection, but as an evolution of the brand and the culture we’re building around it. The wait is nearly over. Our first women’s collection finally lands at the end of this month.

This weekend meant so much! Seeing so many of our BRAV family on the start lines of Newport Marathon and Manchester Marathon made us incredibly proud. Watching people we care about achieve something so special was emotional from start to finish. Some of you smashed personal bests. Some of you completed your very first marathon. Some of you faced tough days and refused to quit. Every story mattered. We know what goes into these moments. The early mornings, the sacrifices, the self doubt, the hard sessions, and the commitment to keep showing up. That’s why seeing you cross those finish lines means so much. What we have is bigger than running. It’s a real community, a real family, and we’re so proud of every single one of you. BRAV forever. 🖤

💥 BRAV Movember Challenge — COMPLETE! 💥 What. A. Month. Together with BRAV Performance and our friends at Two Shot Social, we set out to do something big for Movember… and you absolutely smashed it. 🔥 50 incredible humans committed to running 5km every single day for 30 days. 💨 That’s consistency, grit, and community at its finest. We wrapped it all up with the best social run morning — good vibes, stronger legs, and of course the well-earned limited-edition BRAV Movember socks proudly pulled on at the finish. But the real headline? You helped raise over £3,600 for Movember. That’s £3,600 going directly toward men’s health, mental health support, suicide prevention, and life-changing research.
