Los Angeles, I’ll be there soon. 🇺🇸

I’ll be in LA on October 29–30 and November 4–8, and I’d love to meet couples planning their wedding in Italy.

If you’re considering an Italian wedding, let’s grab a coffee and talk about it.

Another Body Politik Level 1 in the books… and another group I absolutely fell in love with.

Elia loves to remind me that after every BP training I say, “This might have been our strongest group yet.” 😂 But hear me out… these nine REALLY were incredible.

They came in with so much Lagree experience already, and it showed. Prepared, curious, coachable and willing to work SO hard all weekend long. I think there’s something really special happening as Body Politik continues to grow — the longer this community lives and breathes Lagree, the stronger the foundation is in the people stepping into Level 1.

And these nine ROCKED it.

But as always, my favorite part wasn’t just watching them grow as coaches. It was the connection. By the end of the weekend, I felt genuinely connected to every single one of them. The hugs at the end of this reel say more than I ever could.

This is the part of being a Senior Master Trainer that will never, ever get old for me. 💜

There was a little extra love sprinkled into this trip, too. I started my birthday at Sanctuary at Camelback, getting centered before training. Past trainees came back to observe, Ashley brought me the sweetest birthday cupcake, and Elia spoiled me with BP goodies, a beautiful stay at the Kimpton Miralina, and dinner and girl time before my red-eye home.

NIne new coaches. Nine wonderful humans I’m incredibly proud of. And yes, Elia… I’m saying it again. 😂

This group was REALLY, REALLY good.

Welcome to the Lagree family, my loves. I can’t wait to watch you shine.💜
