Great turnout today for the Posing Clinic! Thank you to everyone who showed up and got that work in! 🫡

Posing is an aspect of bodybuilding that gets put on the back burner. Why? Cause it’s HARD! So to those who showed up and are checking all your boxes it’ll pay off! 💯

For me… I’m grateful to have days like this. Building each-other up and building a community! Thankful for for the time!
