Hey dancers & music lovers! I’m beyond excited and, honestly, still can’t quite believe any of this is happening! I’m feeling so many things at once, and I’m incredibly happy to finally share it with everyone who feels like joining me or becoming part of this adventure! During this opening event, I’d love to express and share what this project means to me, as well as introduce everything that’s coming in terms of training and cultural programming. We’ll also be lucky enough to be joined by some wonderful guest artists: @anitaflore @aialamendizabal @mafemartin @fuentes.mario @danielegrammauta (I’ll introduce them in the next slides‼️) They’ll be contributing their artistic and professional perspectives, but above all, their personal and intimate ones. They’ll share their own ways of understanding, feeling, and experiencing music and dance, always in connection with the roots of jazz. And I’d love to create space for an encounter where we can all come together in a shared atmosphere of creativity and connection. It will be a warm, family-friendly event where we can enjoy a first introduction to everything we’ll be exploring and learning throughout this formation. Everything we’ll share will be connected to jazz, its roots, and the history of African American dance and music. We’ll approach all of this from a place of observation, curiosity, and exploration, but above all, from the perspective of someone who loves something and takes care of it. Together, we’ll go on a journey to find points of connection between what we’re seeing, what we’re hearing, and what we’re personally feeling. That’s why, for me, it’s so important, before beginning this formation, to establish a context, to connect with its roots, its history, and everything that will help us understand and feel what we’re about to learn. I truly hope you’ll join us and that we can share this beginning together. Admission is completely free, with the option to make a voluntary contribution to support the project if you wish. BUT SPOTS ARE LIMITED! ‼️ If you’d like to join us, you must register through the website elisabet.solo, by going to the LABORATORIO section and writing INAUGURACIÓN in the comments field. To discover who our guest artists are, keep swiping! ➡️ This is a project created and curated by @elisabetsolo_

E=MC² JAZZ LAB FORMATION — INAUGURAL PROGRAMME We’re starting from the beginning. From the roots. From listening, discovering, talking, moving, learning how to listen — and, above all, sharing. This inaugural programme is an invitation to step into Jazz from its foundations: its music, history, groove, culture and movement vocabulary. And everyone is welcome. 🤍✨ It doesn’t matter how much you already know, how many Jazz steps you have in your vocabulary, or how much experience you have. This is not about proving what you know. It’s about coming together to share, learn and grow. If you come from another dance style — especially from the urban dance community — this is an invitation to discover where groove lives in Jazz, to listen to the music, explore its history and culture, and experience Jazz Roots vocabulary from the ground up. And if Jazz is already part of your journey, come to revisit, deepen, expand and share what you know — perhaps from a different perspective. Because going back to the basics doesn’t necessarily mean learning something new. Sometimes it means revisiting what we know, sharing it differently, and returning Jazz to the place where it belongs: its roots. This first programme is about knowledge, yes — but even more than that, it is about community, connection and unity. Come as you are. Come with what you know. Come curious. Let’s listen, move, share and learn together. E=MC² JAZZ LAB FORMATION 7 NOVEMBER 2026 · 10:00–14:00 · MADRID ✦ INAUGURAL SPECIAL ✦ 🤍🙌🏻 FREE ENTRY — VOLUNTARY CONTRIBUTION If you’re able and would like to support my project, any contribution from the heart is deeply appreciated. 🫶🏻 4 HOURS OF JAZZ IMMERSION! 📍San Bernardo, 20 Madrid @revolution_place LINK IN BIO! Don’t miss this opportunity to experience the beginning of E=MC² Jazz Lab Formation. SPECIAL GUESTS WILL BE JOINING US!!! 🎺🎼🥁 Come discover the programme. Come experience the music, the movement, the culture and the roots. COME & BE PART OF THE BEGINNING! With love @elisabetsolo_ 🤍 📸 by @anthony.m.leon

Introducing the third guest of our rhythm section! The drummer for all the sessions of our special Jazz Laboratory, led by Chester Whitmore! Ladies & Gentlemen… On drums : Fer Lamas @fer.lamas.drums the Gangsta of the Groove! 🥁🔥 We’ll have the honor of being guided by the “resounding dance” of the drums of this uniquely visceral musician, with a sound of his own, sensitivity in every groove change, and absolutely brutal rhythm and energy!
