I wish I could go back and tell that little girl that someday the things she felt so deeply would become the very things that connected her to people all over the world.
At 42 years old, I became an Amazon bestselling author. And I think my younger self would be absolutely beside herself. 🥹
Thank you for making this possible. My books are linked in my bio. 🤍

Researchers have found that certain parasites — especially Toxoplasma gondii (common in cats) — show up more often in people diagnosed with ADHD. Other parasites like Toxocara, Cryptosporidium parvum, and even Giardia have also been linked.

Here’s why it matters ⬇️
Parasites can affect:
• Dopamine and serotonin levels
• Focus and impulse control
• Mood, motivation, and stress response

When neurotransmitters get thrown off, your brain feels scattered, foggy, reactive, and overstimulated… which looks a lot like ADHD.

So if you’ve felt like your symptoms don’t make sense, or your “ADHD” comes with gut issues, skin flare ups, bloating, or random fatigue — it might be worth looking deeper.

Your brain can’t fire right if your body is fighting something.
And healing the root cause changes everything.
