“You made it!!” That was the theme last night. To a @barstoolsports fan finster account!!!! 🔥😂😜🔥 Coaching movement, programming, ABC, progression, speed/strength/power/conditioning…that’s easy. That isn’t the 🍲 & 🥜. The TRUST you garner from your athletes is really what matters. Being there for them in different arenas. Listening, YET mentoring…letting them SEE you repeat what you actually preach. Handshake, fist bump…and yeah I hug my athletes. BUT I’ve earned it as well as ask them if a hug is ok. That’s not Fuc&ing given!!!!!! Of course my own background assists, but to be honest, NONE of them were alive when that first career happened. THEY ALL SEE now!!!!! Living IN the moments daily. Heck a bunch of #ftsfamily already know I’m planning the third career @tomhanks and I are gonna be buddies 😂🙈. I’m blessed and very lucky for what my path has been. Not easy. Not given. Only earned. Only worked for. Hopefully I parlay that into what my athletes see. Good Stuff!!!! #ftstrained #mindset #yourpath #morethanagym

I’m extremely honored and excited to announce my commitment to the University of Chicago! Thank you to my family, coaches, and friends who have supported me along the way. A special thanks to Coach Tyrrell and the UChicago baseball staff for this amazing opportunity. #gomaroons

A post fell into my feed and it aggravated me. @coachbeede no worries, because the aggravation was good!!!! It was another like minded Coach that explains the development and how coaches look and recruit. What they want!!!! They want athletes whom take time training. Develop strength and athleticism. That by doing that, it creates a level of adjustment, variability, and “room for error!” That’s just it. Faster, more powerful, stronger, well conditioned, mobile, kinesthetically aware…all aspects that allow an athlete to have room for error and can adjust easier. Soooooo why do you think doing some sh!tty bro-day split is gonna help. TBH it’s a waste of time. I’m sorry I see “regular” gym workouts. No sense of training and developing. No BS it’s not 20-30 years ago where YOU trained with your buddies. YOU TRAINED!!!! Ask another like-minded dude in @defrancosgym WE trained and then had Mr. Burt welt us on the racquetball court if we started to beat him!!!! 😂 Better yet turn the court into a hockey rink and slam us into the walls. 😂😂. BUT seriously, cut the crap and stop thinking your bro-days work. Be adjustable and be athletic via your training. You’ll have much more success being strong, fast, and powerful than a stupid haircut and bro-muscles. Good Stuff!!!! #fts #ftsfamily #mindset #morethanagym

Who the fu&k wants to watch almost 2mins of a belt squat set? 🦍 Well take time to read this as it may take that same time frame 📓. It’s a War of Attrition. It’s the constant exhaustion and work. It’s reaching the max and finding more. It’s taking time, maybe not with huge wins, but some small ones along the way. It’s the mental breaking point AND ‘den some’. Ways to extend things out. Prolong and maintain. Gear up and tear down. It’s LOOKING the part too. (Stop idealizing folks that either ONLY look it or DON’T look it) The constant work and sacrifice TO BE BETTER at BEING BETTER. Discomfort leading to bliss. Failure only to gain seconds of success. Mental anguish…feelings of disgust WHILE thriving on high fives. Training gives so much. Doing it with purpose, intent, consistency, continuity, adaptation and reason…WELL that’s how ya do it!! Good Stuff!! #fts #ftstrained #ftsfamily #mindset #bereal

I’m extremely excited and grateful to announce that I will be continuing my academic and baseball career at Penn College of Technology.

I want to thank the PCT coaching staff, Coach Marks, Coach Brancato and Coach Boak, for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to continue playing the game I love at the next level.

I would also like to thank my mom, my dad and my sister for all of the love and support throughout the years.

Thank you to Westfield Baseball for introducing me to the game at a young age and to all of the WBL coaches along the way.

A very special thank you to Coach Cook, Coach Carlos, Coach Sloan and Coach Hannis for the endless support and guidance throughout WHS baseball, as well as Coach Defendis and the entire RCBC baseball program.

Finally, I’d like to thank Coach Travis and the EDP crew for your time, knowledge and belief in me.

Big things to come…GO WILDCATS!

Sending off one of my OG’s. Ethan was one of my first hitters @elitediamondperformance and I’m proud of where we’ve landed. A staple on a weekly (and almost daily) basis for me since the summer of 2022. Ethan heads to Brandeis this fall for his freshman year. A well deserved next step for one of the hardest working players I’ve ever come across. We’re a long way from done and I’m excited to see where his career takes him.

A couple of these coming up 🥹. Yesterday he @hubbs_05 and I kept it quick. Couple hugs and a picture. He ran out faster than I could, I mean sh!t I own the place but I wanted to step out too. You see I’ve watched this young man grow into a hell of a man (still young, but a man all awhile.) From walking in the first few time figuring his place on the diamond and teams he played on. To doing simple drills to help him perform, and gain confidence. Hops to jumps to sprints to learning how to lift and TRAIN for Performance. Chatting about snacks, and meals, and rest…healing up injuries and bruises. Back to simple drills and confidence. Watching a young boy people said a lotta “no’s” to…why?Because he didn’t look like it yet.BUT he kept plugging away. And every day ended with a positive. Every day ended with a “see ya later Hubbies” AND he was there later week in week out, month to month and freaking year to year. Of course there were some vacations and breaks, BUT some were purely because he was in another state. After games, before games…heck after doubleheaders or a late night flight…he didn’t waiver, complain sometimes, but showed up. Bryan and Alyse supported, but made him also figure stuff out. They didn’t just give excuses. Hell…there were weeks where we all brainstormed to keep him in a good place. BUT we worked at it…and HE did it. I ❤️ our #ftsfamily athletes and families…BUT there are some that are closer to me than others. They let me into their family. They share moments with me and my family…always!!!! Robert has done the work with some awesome support. Gracie and Hannah are two awesome sisters. Annoying probably, but without a doubt loving. He’s certainly not done growing and competing and playing and being one of mine. He made it through the “5:30 Hour” w me and @coach_mikecus as well as @joshuahale1919 as his training partner. 😂 I’m proud of Hubbies…no matter what comes I’ll always be proud of him. I know I’ll answer random texts. I know he’ll go silent. I know he’ll wait to tell me stuff or can’t wait to tell me stuff. I’ll answer a random 6:32pm Saturday call one day. He’s one o
