CLIENT TRANSFORMATION ‼️

My client wiki had an operation start of the year having lesions of endometriosis removed due to chronic flare ups around her totm and certain foods and excersising would also cause them too

Since having the surgery our main goal was to build back wiks confidence both inside and outside of the gym making her everyday life easier, I couldn’t be prouder of the difference since she started 6 months ago mentally/physically we have came on leaps and bounds

These results show the hardwork she’s done over the past few months with drops in the scales , strength going up and tighten up in the areas we set out at the start 💪🏻👏🏻

For wiki this wasn’t a quick fix or a crazy diet but a lifestyle change to making sure we are doing the most to feel our best ticking off nutrition each day while enjoying a social life still and having those treats and now confident in the gym where she now goes on her own again outwith our sessions which again shows massive growth 👏🏻💚
