I held off on posting about this while I took the time to process it.

How easy would it be to let an early season injury completely wreck your whole season? Turns out the answer is pretty damn easy.

I hadn't realized how much hope and self worth I had poured into climbing, especially after experiencing major personal loss earlier this month. Getting sidelined by a fluke finger injury right at the beginning of the first comp of the season made all of that come crashing down.

I can't express enough how much I appreciate both the emotional and physical support offered by my partner @sjg_life and the rehab provided by my good friend @noahpumped. It really hit home how important having a strong, core group of people around you is and has helped me to move forward and pivot to new goals for this season. I'll be back, hopefully sooner than later!

Big shout-out to all the staff at @climbtimeo for putting on an amazing event as always!

Last but not least, a big thanks to @eliteperformanceclimbing for helping keep me in fighting shape and for all of their support.
