what an incredibly special experience. how lucky am i to not only live in the most beautiful place, but to share it with the most beautiful people. i learn something new with every season, and this one is all about love and community. each of you have touched my heart in ways i can’t put into words, and have shown me more love than i know what to do with. this has been my favorite season yet, and it’s only because of my family. i am a better person for knowing each of you, and i can’t wait to run into you all again some day 🫶🏼

I don’t understand why deep, lifelong friendship doesn’t have as strong of a grip on media, art, and the public consciousness as romantic love does. It is sometimes centered, but often secondary. But I think friendship is legitimately the most beautiful and worthwhile thing in this world.

Maybe it’s because friendship is so often found in the ordinary. In sitting down for a meal together, in knowing the small details of someone’s life, in getting to share the everyday.

tell your people how important they are to you. Not because they could leave any moment, but because they’re here now, and it’s worth saying.
