Thank you @eatgiuseppes for making my plant-based dreams come true 🍰☕️🫶🏽

This was genuinely worth the 7 year wait, just for that coffee cream alone. Not to mention it’s egg-free, dairy-free, and alcohol-free too! Plus look at that portion size?! 🥵

Can’t wait to come back for more 🤤

finishing touches done for @eatgiuseppes by the talented @ellawinter.art !

I reached out to Ella for some custom canvas paintings for the shop and let her run with it, i just said i wanted to bring nonna into it somehow and an Italain vibe, and she smashed it. She normally just paints animals but did an incredible job for the shop and has recently gone full freelance with her artwork so go book her before she fills up! 🤣

moments of 2025 ✨ one of the hardest years of my life, full of challenges i wasn’t prepared for. still, i’m grateful for the way it shaped me, the softness i protected & the strength i didn’t know i had.
as i get older, time feels like it’s moving faster, and sometimes it’s harder to hold on to all the good that’s happened. so this year i wanna focus on the good parts. live more. document more, coz i know future me would be grateful to have all these memories to relive ✌️

Our wedding menu was fully vegan, and it went down better than I could’ve ever hoped!

Canapé highlights had to be the melon sashimi, bloody mary tomato’s and vegetable pakoras. For our three course dinner we chose classic flavours we knew people would like, with a few twists to keep things interesting. And of course had to have late night burgers, using @heurafoods.es patties!

Thank you to our caterers @grupoamida for doing a vegan menu for the first time ever & to our amazing wedding planner @thedestinationweddingco who got the plant based vision from day 1 🌿

belated August dump. I launched my book, hosted supper clubs, went on @bbcradio4, went to @meta HQ for lunch, celebrated well, ate well, trained well, rested well.
