We warmly welcome Oriana Gargiulo to the Women Leaders Club Dubai! ⚜️ What inspired you to join the Women Leaders Club? I was drawn to the Women Leaders Club because of the calibre and diversity of the women it brings together: ambitious, accomplished women who are not only successful in their own fields, but who also believe in connection, growth and creating meaningful impact together. I strongly believe that when women intentionally connect, support and elevate one another, individual influence has the power to become collective impact. ⚜️ What hat motto guides you in your professional and personal life? Know yourself. Understand the system. Lead with intention. Elevate others. I believe meaningful leadership begins with self-awareness, but it cannot stop with the self. It requires understanding the systems in which we operate: our organizations, cultures, societies, families, communities and relationships, and consciously choosing how we navigate and influence them. Ultimately, I believe leadership is measured by the impact we create beyond ourselves: how we enable others to grow, find their voice, recognize their potential and contribute at their best. For me, leadership is not only about where you go, but about what becomes possible for others because of the way you lead. ⚜️ How do you plan to contribute to the Women Leaders Club and inspire others? I hope to bring my international leadership experience, my work in leadership development and executive coaching, and, above all, a genuine willingness to connect, share and contribute. I would love to support other women in strengthening their leadership, expanding their influence and creating meaningful impact, while also learning from the extraordinary experiences and perspectives within this community. I see this circle as a space where we can challenge, inspire and elevate one another, and where individual success can become a catalyst for something greater.
