What I received for my 30th birthday from Elle… arguably the most meaningful and impactful gift I’ve ever received. I am still perplexed at the sheer AWESOMENESS of the value held for ME at this part of my life in this type of a gift. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart to all my brothers who shared with me from their heart in this. And thank YOU, @ellechemize, my beloved, for loving me with such sincerity to even think about putting this together for me. I was immediately hit in the gut with unworthiness and that unworthiness was met with fucking love at the deepest of levels. Thank you all for ushering me into the next phase of my life. Let us keep on livin’.

To my beautiful friend Elle🌹
Happy solar return my Gemini soul sister✨

Wow. What a transformational journey we’ve been on, along side one another virtually for over 2 years… And now, with many memories spent together in BC as I was secretly planning a surprise visit behind your back with your husband. Two Scorpio risings, plotting behind the scenes since November 2023.

What started out as a weekend getaway to BC for a dear friend’s bachelorette party, extended into 9 additional days spent doing life with Elle. I had no expectations for my trip to BC and it left me feeling SO FULL.

Thank you so much for being you, for continuously showing up to whatever life throws at you, using it as an opportunity to get curious about who you are and how you want to show up through it all.

The evolution of our friendship has been one for the books. I am grateful for the ways you truly see me, hold me, support me & love me through whatever life challenges come may way. We have traversed the depths of hell along side one another & we’ve been both coming back home to ourselves in new ways more than ever.

Even though the distance feels far ( 4,639km ), you’re very close within my heart♥️

Wishing you a magical birth date. May the next cycle around the sun be one filled of play, laugher, expression & love🤍

Until we meet again in the flesh, I love you Elle and thank you for being apart of my life in the ways that you have💌

Love yours truly, V🌹

La fiesta sorpresa numero DOS para la reina ALESSANDRA. @sefelicehealing Wow that’s a lotta good vibes in a couple photographs. I LOVE these humans so much. The strength I’ve found in curating our community, coming together in the name of just celebrating each other, being in each others’ presence, not because we are “exchanging services” or have some outcome or reason to be with each other, but rather because we WANT to be there to see each other, to simply enjoy one another’s existence and company. We want to hang out for the sake of hanging out, remember when we did that for our entire lives, when that was just “what we did”? 😂 #fochforever #community #friendship #unify #create

We were hanging out Saturday night and decided to step outside on the patio after the game, Victoria notices a cloud to the east that seemed purplish or stranger than usual. Literally 10 seconds later an explosion of green and purple and pink starts revealing itself and forming itself into a circle of beams of light, focusing from every direction inward. All our necks are cranked, can’t even fathom what we’re seeing, how is this even happening, completely in awe. These pictures don’t at all capture the magic of whatever this was. It’s as if the initial formations of light created this phoenix like manifestation in the middle of where the light moved itself. I remember thinking this seemed almost supernatural, literally witnessing magic right before our eyes. I perceive everything through a symbolic lense and this year of 2024 has been riddled in the most absurd and unexplainable synchronicities in my own life, more than ever before. And we were all having such a incredible evening together, to have it topped off with this miracle of a sight was so complimentary to the space we were in. BLESS.

On my 28th cycle around the sun, I realized something profound. Something so obvious, something that was so cleverly right under my nose for 3 years now but never realized. And now it is something I cannot unsee. It is no longer buried in my unconscious field.

I was sitting on my deck with my wife in front of me and a great friend of ours to our side, somewhat overlooking what was about to take place between us. We were on medicine and somehow we had spontaneously created a container of radical honesty. As I looked my wife deep into her eyes, with the utmost sincerity, I shared as many things as I could think of that I’ve withheld from her awareness, things that I’ve felt about her, emotions I’ve felt towards her, ideas I’ve had about her, all things I basically wouldn’t ever dream of sharing with her, because the emotions or ideas would come as fast as they would go.

But in this space, with this medicine, I had no shame or fears around disclosing these thoughts with her. And as someone who doesn’t typically receive criticism smoothly, she received my feelings with absolute grace. Not only grace, but compassion. She acknowledged very quickly that these thoughts and emotions had nothing to do with her, they weren’t even true. And so she held space and smiled. It actually empowered her. ME, on the other hand, had to realize a confronting truth.

All of the goods and criticisms I shared with her about her were the absolute TRUTH of thoughts and emotions I’ve withheld from her. But my shares did not phase her in the slightest, hardly even triggered her. In contrast, it empowered her because it gave her a glimpse into how SHE actually feels about herself. And it was the complete opposite to my shares. And what I would go to realize moments later, is that was the unfiltered, fully expressed MOST SINCERELY DELIVERED truth about how I actually feel about myself. My SINCEREST radically honest criticisms were actually a total projection of how I feel about myself deep down.

What was so profound to me about this was I didn’t realize I may as well have been talking to a mirror sharing these feelings. But if it was an actual mirror, …continued below ⬇️

I close my eyes when I speak. Not because I’m not present with you, but because if I can just feel deeply enough I’ll know exactly how to decipher what my body wants to say. I do this when listening to YOU too. Allowing myself to feel what your body is feeling brings meaning and context to often superfluous words. So when I’m fully present with you there is no doubt I feel you as much as I understand you. It’ll also means that I know when you are not feeling your body by how you use your words to express. @ellechemize helping me during MTP: Level 1 in Vancouver, BC. #psychoanalysis #somatictherapy #breathwork #councelling #bodywork #massagetherapy #physiotherapy #rolfing®
