End of blocks. 686kg on 3-2-3, featuring a double at my comp max on bench. I'd say training is going okay.

The mastermind behind it all: @ellen_easystrong

Next block, I am taking seven hundo on doubles.

Honestly, it has been so much fun, especially testing @auriga.2to1 . The analysis has been incredibly confidence inspiring, especially as I feel quite lost with RPE generally at the moment! One month free at the moment!

And thats a wrap for the doubles block with a smooth 145 double for a sweet finish. Hard work here is an understatement! Time to reset, and off to the singles race. 8 weeks to go! @wrpf_uk

Since my nerve injury in January, Ive patiently worked my way back up to the 110s, rethinking my squat and working on improving technique and that mythical perfect depth. Competed twice this year with that injury and got 117.5 competition best, but touching 110 and 115 again today in working sets felt so good! Patience really is a virtue, onwards to that 120, I see you!
