2023 was filled with highs and lows.
Laughter and tears. Courage and fear.

It woke me up as I was falling asleep.
Lifted me up when I was going too deep.

I let some shit go and did some healing
Only to find another layer of releasing.

I lost some people who are still alive
Had to let them go so I can continue to shine.

I met my ancestors in ceremony
Only to remind me life is a beautiful journey.

Let me start by asking. Do you feel uninspired? Lack of inspiration can manifest in multiple ways whether it’s fatigue or a loss of interest in your usual daily activities. It can be challenging to navigate around it no matter who you are. It may be a sign for you to check in with your mental and emotional wellbeing. It might be time to take that trip you’ve always wanted to take, take some time with yourself, or do what you’ve always dreamed of doing. Change things up, perhaps. Whatever it is; check in with yourself.
