***No choice? Then I say no sex for men. PERIOD. MAYBE if we all stop sleeping with them, dating them, marrying them or having their babies they will figure it out. Or mandatory vasectomies for all high school boys, and an application process to get the power to make babies should be put into place...where they must prove they are not a POS before they get the GIFT of procreating. Christianity in the hands of men has been a blight on the world for too long.

Don’t be pedantic either, if you’re offended you need to ask yourself questions because you’re not going to bother me getting huffy in these comments.

If you’re so convinced that the Christianity you adhere to isn’t the one that is being called out then maybe you should go calling out the toxic people that you claim as brothers and sisters instead of coming here to places like this to defend yourself against people who can’t take you seriously because you don’t live in reality.

I am beginning to see why people (Christians included) are beginning to dislike the Christian community of today; these mfs are so tone deaf to the ridicule and criticism people give them that they really think people are going out of their way to “persecute” them facepalm 🤦🏾‍♂️ And they will make 🌽 skits like this as if there’s any ounce of truth in it….

When a fraternity member advertises sexual violence in a group chat and instead of stopping it, men join in—it reflects a culture where devaluing women is used to build social status among men.

Research shows that when young men are socialized to suppress empathy and measure their worth through dominance, the result is fragile masculinity that excuses or encourages violence.

We cannot address rampant sexual violence without first addressing the way we socialize boys and men.

I’ve gone back and forth on whether I should even post this.

I’ve been a Christian for over 30 years. I went to Bible college, studied theology, and spent most of my life believing the Bible was the Word of God and without error.

Then I started asking some questions I had never really asked before.

It started with questions about prayer and God’s intervention in our lives. That eventually led me into a much deeper look at the Bible itself.

And once I started digging into some of these things, I couldn’t really unsee them.

I’m still figuring out what I think. There are things I’ve believed for years that I’m having to rethink. And things like the Shroud of Turin that keep me believing.

I’m a researcher by nature. I’ve spent years telling people to ask questions, think critically, and look at the evidence.

So I’m doing that with my own beliefs now.

I’m going to share some of the things I’ve come across and explain why they have made me stop and think.

Some of this may challenge what you’ve been taught. It certainly has challenged me.

I don’t have all the answers. I’m still working through it.

But after 30+ years of believing these things, I think they’re worth taking a closer look at.

So here we go.
