Calling all chefs, suppliers & hospitality networkers. On Monday 21st September, #Plated is heading to London for a special day at the @lkkeuropefoodservice Development Kitchen, and I’d love you to be part of it. Starting at 10am, the day will be all about cooking, creativity, inspiration and connection. The chefs will be challenged to get creative with Lee Kum Kee products, putting their own spin on them and showing just how versatile they can be. But it won’t all be about LKK. Each chef will also have the opportunity to create a couple of dishes of their own, showcasing their individual style, creativity and approach to cooking. Throughout the day there’ll be chefs cooking and presenting their dishes, professional photography by myself, suppliers showcasing their products, plenty of networking, ideas being shared and new connections being made. There’ll also be a presentation from the Lee Kum Kee team, giving everyone the chance to learn more about the brand, its products and the inspiration behind them. Or perhaps you simply fancy coming along to catch up with hospitality peers you haven’t seen in a while, meet some new faces and enjoy a day surrounded by people who love food as much as you do. And although we’re at the Lee Kum Kee Development Kitchen, this isn’t just about Asian food. I’m looking for chefs cooking all styles and cuisines. I want to see what you can do with the products and, just as importantly, what you can do when given the freedom to cook your own food. 📍 Lee Kum Kee Development Kitchen, London. 2 minutes from South Quay station or less than 10 minutes walk from Canary Wharf.
📅 Monday 21st September Come along for a day of great food, creativity, inspiration and hospitality networking like no other. (Don't forget about the professional new photos too) If you’d like to cook, showcase your products, network or simply be part of the day, drop me a DM or send me an email; Majella@pavlovaandcream.com 🍽 #FoodPhotography #Networking #FreshConnectionsFreshContent #TheSocialRipple

A fabulous day out at Tyninghame Beach with Sam from @foraging_with_coeur_sauvage and some of our great customers. Taking in the best of the Scottish coastline, foraging for different seaweeds such as red dulse, pepper dulse, sea spaghetti, kombu and sugar kelp. Then onto the salt marshes hunting for samphire and sea blite. Thank you all who attended today and made it such a success 🌊🌱🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Special thanks to @bostockbakery also for providing everyone with delicious pastries and lunch

The Spence, Edinburgh ✨🏛️ The Spence is one of those places that instantly pulls you in — not only because of the food, but because the entire setting feels so cinematic. @thespence_edinburgh Set inside Gleneagles Townhouse on St Andrew Square, it has that beautiful balance of grandeur and warmth that makes a restaurant feel truly memorable. Think soaring interiors, elegant details, polished service, and a room that makes the whole meal feel a little more special. 🍸🌙 @gleneaglestownhouse It carries the same polished, elevated spirit that made Gleneagles one of Scotland’s most iconic luxury hotels. @thegleneagleshotel What I loved most about The Spence is that, despite how refined and impressive it feels, it never comes across as cold or overly formal. There’s a softness to the atmosphere — glamorous, yes, but still inviting. The kind of place where you want to linger over each plate, order dessert, and stay a little longer than planned. It’s also featured in the MICHELIN Guide, which feels very fitting for a restaurant with this much character and polish. 🕯️🪞💫 @michelinguide The kitchen is led by Executive Chef Elliot Hill, and the menu feels very much in line with that vision: seasonal, produce-led, polished, and quietly confident. It’s the kind of food that doesn’t need to shout — everything feels thoughtful, balanced, and beautifully put together. 👨‍🍳🌿🥄 @elliothill33 At our table, we tried: 🍽️📖🍷 COMPANY BAKERY SOURDOUGH 🥖 Edinburgh cultured butter & Blackthorn sea salt ARRAN MUSTARD BEIGNETS 🧀 Isle of Mull cheddar HERITAGE BEETROOT 🫜 linseed, horseradish & Katy Rodger’s yoghurt LOBSTER & CRAYFISH SCONE 🦞 Bloody Mary rosé sauce SPICED CAULIFLOWER 🌶️ raisins, almonds, croutons, spinach & chervil BAKED CELERIAC 🍄 braised barley, Nith Valley egg, Hen of the Woods mushroom HONEYCOMB BAKED ALASKA FOR TWO 🍯 heather honey, oats, bitter orange caramel, pistachio, Cointreau The Spence is definitely one of those Edinburgh addresses that stays with you, not only for the food, but for the whole feeling of being there. 🎀🫶🏻⭐️

On Friday we hosted a special dinner celebrating the wines of Marchesi Antinori, one of the most historic and influential families in Italian wine. 🇮🇹 A four-course menu by Chef Elliot Hill was designed around the wines, each dish carefully paired to highlight their structure, elegance and complexity. As a final surprise for our guests, we opened a magnum of Solaia 2012. One of Antinori’s most iconic wines, Solaia represents the pinnacle of the estate’s winemaking.

An unforgettable evening of dining ✨ The 7-course tasting menu was a true journey — each dish beautifully crafted, with sauces that elevated every bite (the duck sauce alone had me asking for extra bread to savour every drop A heartfelt thank you to Chef Elliot and his incredible team for such a memorable experience.
