Flippers Anonymous
Workshop & Mastermind

We had the best time hosting Flippers Anonymous last weekend!

It was a room full of addicted house flippers coming together for real conversations, deal showcases, and the kind of connections that don’t happen in a typical conference setting. From focused sessions to time spent outside the room, the whole experience was about community, shared experiences, and building relationships with people who truly get it.

Grateful for everyone who showed up and made it such a great weekend.

Was in TX this past weekend soaking up all the knowledge and testimonies from new friends who are exactly where I want to be when I grow up😏😘…. It’s crazy to think how big the world actually is, and just how small you are. But when you find “you’re people” I think together you can actually make a difference. #flippersanonymous #realestateinvestor #goals

What do you get when you take a group of Real Estate investors from all over the country, only wanting to see each other win & succeed, doing anything to help one another get there, then put them all in the same small town for the weekend? #friendsforlife #memoriesweremade #ndgirltakesTX

Can’t believe she let me come…and to my favorite state, Texas! I even got permission to share some “wisdom” earned through the blood, sweat and tears of rehabbing in Seattle for 15+ years 🤕 Special thanks to our gracious host, The Tarl Yarber! Tarl generously allowed us to come with him to his shooting club so I can show everyone how I can’t hit the broad side of a barn at 20 yards with a darn scatter-gun!

Me 🤝 OCD and the need to have straight lines in my photos 🥴 Instagram crop did this @davenportweddings @staydavenport photo dirty, but to capture this moment in its true essence and beauty you’d really just have to be there. The love these two have for each other, & the beauty this historic landmark has on every inch of the building is truly unmatched. ❤️ Davenport

One of the first things you realize when starting out in real estate is that there's a MILLION ways to make money. 💰 That's why I always advise to stick with ONE NICHE and ONE STRATEGY!

A big shout-out to @elliotsmithrei for the awesome clip and even more awesome conversation! 🔥

Good friends come over and bring drinks. Great friends bring a 3’ whiteboard and giant post-it notes with markers to pencil out new investor funnels :) . Go follow @elliotsmithrei if you wanna be smarter.

Learned a negotiation tactic from @elliotsmithrei and put it to use on our latest purchase. When talking with a property owner, it is helpful to explain your offer and show how you calculated the offer price - break down all your numbers. In this case, his property didn’t have many comparables and the real value was in the land for future development. He wanted a much higher price for the property, but didn’t have any real justification for his price. I told him that I need to make a minimum of 5% on my money if I held it as a rental. My offer was lower than what he originally wanted, but it made sense to him once I wrote it all down - on the back of an envelope. Down the line, we will subdivide and build two duplexes on the property, but for now, the property breaks even and the payoff will come in a couple years #realestateinvesting #directtoseller #anacorteswa #followourflips
