We’re going on LIVE on TV @cnbcafrica at 14:00 SAST.

I’m super excited to be featured as a panelist on the @mastercardfoundation EdTech Mondays Africa platform on the topic “Learning to Earning: Making Digital Skills Work for Young Africans” alongside some of Africa’s brightest minds.

There was a time when I never imagined Elevate Africa Academy having a digital component until I realised AI could allow us to reach areas restricted by borders and financial constraints. In this episode, EdTech Mondays Africa will explore the pathways from learning to earning, examining how digital skills programs can better connect young people to jobs, entrepreneurship opportunities, and the future of work.

My dad who is a human book of wisdom once said " You haven't really achieved until you have achieved better than your parents😏" Dad has a PhD and Mom a Double Masters....hmmm.. We are not close but we are getting there Daddy 😊 i am proud and honoured to be an Akob with @faithakob @joanakob. Joan's 21 Miss competition is currently going on, she has a natural hair blog (see her instagram to find the link) and the business is called NAWA (Nutrition and Wellness Associates) as Faith has her Masters degree in Dietetics. And me Elma, 17 was recently invited to the inauguration of the President of the United States😌 If this is what we have achieved before 25 i am so excited to see what we hold for the future! Some of my brothers and sisters. From South Africa to Cameroon to the U.S., we share a super tight, super natural bond that can't be beat. We know it's a natural bond because we all suck at keeping in touch, yet it's all love when we link up. I love my fam✊🏾
