La tostada de atún no tiene madre, agrégale un bote de Tecate bien pinche frío y la cena está perfecta. La sopa de tortilla estuvo chida, los tacos de asada también, pero prueben la tostada!

Brunch got a little muy caliente at El Rey! 🇲🇽🍳

We stopped in for a Mexican brunch and came hungry because these plates did NOT mess around. Everything was super flavorful and packed with all the good stuff.

🍳 The huevos rancheros had perfectly runny eggs sitting over soft tortillas, covered in a flavorful ranchero sauce and topped with creamy avocado and fresh cilantro. Eggsactly what we wanted for brunch. 😂🥑

🌯 The chicken burrito was seriously loaded with chicken, rice, beans, veggies and all the fixings, wrapped up and served with a fresh side salad. Burrito business is always good business.

And honestly, you can never go wrong with rice and beans at brunch. Add some avocado, cilantro and a little salsa into the mix and we’re officially bean there, done that, and would do it again. 🫘🌶️ #foodie #philly

🍒🍊 Cherry Blood Orange Frozen Margarita!

Tart with just the right amount of sweetness. El Rey’s rotating frozen flavors never miss, though their guava frozen still holds the crown for me!

El Rey’s frozen Guava margarita (and their chicke burrito 🌯) definitely hit the spot after a long week! Smooth and delicious! 😋
