BOTNARI SHOWROOM goes beyond the traditional showroom format.

Here, the presentation of collections, professional development and the exchange of knowledge come together as part of one experience.

Education is an integral part of the BOTNARI SHOWROOM structure. We create opportunities for designers and guests to meet established professionals who share their experience, knowledge and perspective.

As part of the programme, we welcomed @elsa_sen, a designer with experience working with renowned fashion houses including Schiaparelli and Nina Ricci, for a creative workshop with our designers and guests.

For us, these encounters create access to professional experience that often remains behind the finished collection, while opening a space for dialogue, inspiration and growth.

Há pouco mais de um mês, embarquei para uma viagem de estudo, trabalho e “turismo” para Paris. Aqui, um pouco de tudo, ainda que faltem fotos, vídeos e histórias. O curso com @fredribette e @mijovanov, da @travelgourmetoficial, não foi apenas estudo em classe, mas uma vivência e tanto pelas ruas não só turísticas da cidade. Com @lu_em_paris, fomos a outros lugares.

Além do estudo, @bymarcellocosta me levou aos backstages de desfiles de alta-costura, me abriu portas para a entrevista com @imane_ayissi e me apresentou mulheres maravilhosas como @regina_ctn e @joystrotz.

Para a gravação e edição de vídeo, tive a ajuda de @_marina.alves e @isasud3, além da Luciana, minha companheira de apartamento.

E como moda é minha paixão, visitei a @galeriediorparis e a exposição de #gianniversace, no @museemaillol. Fiz até um workshop criativo com @elsa_sen, responsável por anos pela criação de acessórios da Schiaparelli.

E, para finalizar a viagem, no último dia, 14 de julho, vi desfile na Champs Elysées, com direito à apresentação de aviões com a fumaça azul, branca e vermelha. Por último, consegui voltar a entrar na @notredamedeparis. Afinal, agradecer por tudo não custa, né? Sim, la vie est belle. 🇫🇷

When we think of #Schiaparelli we think gold, and under #DanielRoseberry ’s creative direction Schiaparelli #jewellery has emerged as a extension of #hautecouture . Daniels work blends surrealism blurring the boundaries between accessory and art. Featuring designs like noses golden fingers and eyeballs they refernece to the house’s surrealist past but still feel fresh and modern.

Often referencing Schiaparelli’s historical icons such as lobsters and padlocks , the pieces often function as wearable sculptures: breastplates shaped like torsos, face masks adorned with embroidery and beads, or gilded representations of lungs and eyes.

@danielroseberry and his jewllery design team (who I’ve tagged as many as I could find) demonstrate a level of craftsmanship which is true couture, with intricate gold-plated brass, delicate stone work and hand-hammered finishes. As the first American to lead a Parisian couture house, Roseberry has made a significant cultural impact with his surrealist pieces sparking viral moments that fuse fashion with performance art.
