The purpose of training is to allow you to live the life you want to live , in length and in quality . Strength , ability , condition .. they are all pre-cursors to the kind of action you will be able to partake in. If you have taken the time to build these qualities then the quality of your life, the things you can do , how you can serve your communities , how you can protect and provide for your families .. they all improve . Not only do they improve but you stand with a certain assurance and confidence that you can handle the life that comes . It is way beyond sets and reps . Task completion , commitment , structure , doing hard things , overcoming challenges , communicating well with others in the space .. that’s not just gym stuff . That’s life stuff . The gym is can be the training ground but the world is where you prove it . We will all feel vulnerable at times , but if you have taught yourself enough lessons in strength then fragility is never dwelled in and always overcome . Take any opportunity to choose strength and reject weakness , absorb every lesson in accountability , don’t be tempted to blame and complain , be challenged to carry …

Happy Sunday! See you in the gym
