DJ ORDERS - Starting off the DJ coffee order series with a mad one Berlin’s own @mika_heggemann ☕️🔊 The Order - x2 Espresso with cold milk on the side ☕️ Honestly, the caffeine level matches the BPM’s of Mika’s sets 10/10 ⚡️ Mika is one of the artists leading the new wave of Nu Trance right now! Blending euphoric trance melodies with heavy techno energy, his sets are insanely fast paced, so you already know his coffee order had to keep up with that high BPM 👌🏼 Track ID - Bae if you need me (My personal favourite 😮‍💨) Appreciate it Mika! Keep up the great work 🔊🙌🏼 Mapping out the ultimate DJ coffee menu, one order at a time. Who belongs on the menu next? Let me know below! 👇 #mikaheggemann #nutrance #coffeeorder #djlife #coffeeandmusic

FIENDISHLY FUNKY COLOMBIANS 😈 A SINISTERLY SWEET MEXICAN 💀 A WICKED WASHED PERU 🧙‍♀️ October guests have been on the shelf and bar for a couple weeks and you lot have been all over them like a buncha ghoulies From London’s @formativecoffee we’ve had 2 high-intervention Colombians from farms you’ll all be very familiar with by now, El Jaragual and Quebraditas. Mango Melt is a super sweet thermal shock washed, with notes of mango, toffee and tropical fruits, which has been mega popular in flat whites. Edison Argote’s Root Beer is another thermal shock fermentation with a high complexity, tasting of white raspberry, lemongrass and cane sugar. Rounding out the lineup from Formative is Blueberry Cream, a juicy anaerobic natural from Yirgacheffe with a big hit of blueberries, pineapple, and a floral lavender finish From Edinburgh’s @cultcoffeeroasters we’ve have 3 absolute bangers. Mutambu Hill is a washed Burundi that turns into a fruit cake in a flat white (trust me, try it). It’s also a super sweet espresso, a syrupy mouthfeel with notes of raisins and molasses. La Cima is a delicate washed Peru, with a tea-like body and sweet florals, such as honey blossom and rosewater. Perfect afternoon brew. And lastly we have Julio Bastidas, a natural Colombian that’s plum and chocolate for days, also makes a wicked flat white! From house besties @elsewhere_coffee it’s Whirlpool, a natural Mexican with sweet caramel and nectarine notes. It’s everything you want a natural to be. Lots of fruit, lots of sweetness, and a syrupy mouthfeel As always, 6 coffees to try on espresso, 5 coffees to try on pourover. 12 days left then they’re gone!

one and done!! I tried this little experiment to see what would happen with no bloom, and honestly it was not bad I think it was slightly under extracted so I’d grind a few clicks finer next time, in terms of flavour profile the cup feels more flat (I guess that’s what happens without a good bloom) the whole pouring time was 1:03 viewpoint from the top is pretty cool though ahah recipe: 15g of beans/ 240g of water at 90°C grind size: 24 clicks on the @comandantegrinder c40 MK4 beans: @elsewhere_coffee sugar glider, heirloom washed Ethiopia #asmrcoffee #coffeetutorial #pourover #filtercoffee #londoncoffee

New beans - Juicebox 🧃 Cracked open a new bag of @elsewhere_coffee Juicebox this morning! Based in South East London 📍 A vibrant, fruit-forward house blend. Sourced from Planadas, Colombia, bringing all the notes of cacao nibs, red fruits, and chocolate to the morning brew. The aftertaste of dark chocolate on this is unreal 🤘🏽 Supplied by @beatbakehouse 🙌🏼 Have you tried Elsewhere Coffee yet? #coffee #elsewherecoffee #specialitycoffee #Espresso #coffeebeans

My favourite service thus far by @mymoodtreats 🧈✨ they’re beyond fantastic and you really need to hire them for your events if based in London Hackney Wick adventures to go have @logmaldn and accidentally yelling at @phildunster while having a sando, sorry Phil Peonies from my corner shop Summer sunshine waiting for the bus to work, with a @13thfloor.coffee in hand of course Floral delivery in my wee kitchen with an unnecessary door, because all rooms have to have doors for some odd reason a matchy-matchy moment with M&S berries Remain obsessed with the matcha lava cake here. Insanity. This Airbnb kitchen? Bruh. What’d I say my toxic trait was? Dinner date at @busabaeathai with the cuz who hates getting digital nazar cause he’s so popular. Food was insane?! Jury’s out on the cuz Will never get over the mini bottles. They’re the perfect size. I’m usually the one taking pictures (as pictured), felt weirdly nice being the subject matter without requesting to be Hackney Wick is obnoxious otherwise Very good restaurant, we love a Turkish what can we say. I don’t remember the name I was half dead This was vibes, server was high as hell tho This was vibes in my mouth and so far from me but would go again just for these, hype is so real Saw The Swing here! Very brown family still don’t understand my fascination Best combo, don’t @ me Didn’t realize they were roaming free until they came down to greet me. Still better than pigeons (satan’s birds) Lady sat next to me was on her iPad screen (?) anarchy @ Cremer

As Forest Gump’s mother once said, you can tell a lot about a person by their shoes. However, you should really take them on their condiment lineup. @dinnerbyben wears Paraboot and enjoys a pear and prune brown sauce, both an ode to simplicity executed finely.
